Beautiful apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was very clean except for a few stains on the furniture. The beds were comfortable and it was in walking distance of the French Quarter. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The Sextant has some wonderful properties to rent for vacation. I found ours to be clean, safe and easy access to the French quarter. It’s a wonderful place for a weekend getaway or vacation in New Orleans. I would recommend their properties to my family and friends.

We viewed multiple listings at this building and chose this one specifically because it had doors to walk out to the patio area. We were given a room on the 4th floor (just before arrival and didnt notice) and upon arrival we contacted the agency. We were told that the system assigns rooms at random but meeting the same requirements of rooms, beds, etc. If we wanted a room on the first floor with that patio access, we were supposed to call them directly and make arrangements (if it's even available). This was misleading and a huge disappointment. Why list individual units if you cant get what you select here??
The property was nice and clean, beds were comfortable and there was a parking lot right behind us. There were several things within a reasonable walking distance (I dont mind walking). The air conditioning went out one evening and maintenance was able to come by about 11:00PM (just a couple hours after I called). They got it working in the early hours. Temp only went up a few degrees inside.
There was a large tablet on the wall with helpful information, but was missing A LOT of restaurants. Used Google maps instead.
Would stay again, but not happy about how we didnt get what we specifically chose on here.

Beautiful apartment. Perfect location. Only uber I took was to the airport. Everything was within walking distance. Felt safe at all times. Bathrooms in each room. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great long weekend! The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable! Plenty of mirrors for all us girls! Great walking distances to the French quarter and bourbon street. We loved it!

The bad parts were: The initial reservation and the amount of requests that were made such as: the credit card approval, pic of credit card, and pic of drivers license has to be in one image, not 3 separate ones. The front door code we received didn’t work. We never received a code for the unit door and had to call to get that and it didn’t work. The maintenance guy had to use his and the subsequent 5 codes we got didn’t work either. The front bedroom electrical wasn’t working.The good part was the responsiveness to all the issues was very courteous and prompt. Great space and location
We rented the apartment for our annual girlfriend trip. The location of the property was great (walking distance to the French Quarter) as well as the space. The space accommodated 4 adults very well. There’s a couple of coffee shops nearby which was great in the morning although supplies for coffee are provided if you prefer to make your own.

Beautiful place and amazing location
The building and unit was beyond what we had even thought it would be. It was very spacious and clean and really beautifully decorated. We are a family of 5 and was very comfortable with the space and location. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family

Fun weekend
Stayed here with a group of friends over Superbowl weekend. The location, sleeping arrangements, as well as the condition of the property were all perfect.

Pros and Cons
Pros:
-Good Location
-Spacious
-New Orleans “style” with exposed brick
-Easy check in and out
Cons:
-Hardwood floors not super clean
-Only 1 bedroom had a TV
-No overhead lighting, only 2 bedside lamps, made the room kinda dark for getting ready
-The bed - the bed itself was comfortable, but was made up with 2 flat sheets instead of a fitted and flat. It constantly came untucked and I would make up touching the mattress! This was a huge turn off.
Basically, I’d stay again but I’d pack a fitted sheet.

Our apartment was unique and artsy. A very spacious, comfortable, and quiet place to stay. Five minute walk to he French quarters, Twelve minute trolley ride to the garden district.

Cities friendliest staff!
Every single person went out of their way to make our holiday fun. They helped get us checked in early (unplanned) and gave us great advice for local events. The apartment was super cool- TALL ceilings made it seem huge. Very clean and quiet. Walking distance to Bourbon Street, the Superdome and lots of dining/going out options. If you plan to attend a sports event, bring a clear bag. We also used the community room and the outside terrace area. The only negative comment that I have is that the kitchen cabinets were lovely but installed like crap, there was some minor paint chipping in some of the rooms and whatever product they use to clean the hardwood floors leaves a weird residue on them- which results in foot prints all over the newly cleaned floor.
Would absolutely recommend and will absolutely be back.

Great place, perfect location
My group of 4 loved the apartment - it had very high ceilings with large windows to let a lot of light in. Also had access from living room and master to the shared patio. The location was perfect - we were able to walk to most everything we did. Only Downside was that the floors could’ve used a good sweep, and our bed in the master felt more like a full than the advertised queen. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this apartment.
