My family of four stayed at this property and really enjoyed everything about it. The home itself is refreshingly well-maintained, everything was clean and it came fully stocked (from beach "stuff" to kitchen supplies to family games/activities). The host was extraordinarily attentive and very helpful (especially when we had internet connectivity issues she helped us resolve). Plus, the location was perfect for us - walking distance from downtown VH and very easy drive to everywhere else. We'll certainly be looking to stay here again when we're back in 2024!

It was a wonderful home and great place to stay. We walked, rode bikes and rode the bus wherever we wanted to go. The beach was not as close as we had thought, but it was very easy to get to other beaches. The home was the best at being fully stocked with anything we might need. The yard was great for eating and relaxing. The hostess was easily reachable and so helpful.

We spent the long weekend here as we were on island for a wedding. The location was perfect. We were within short walking distance to Vineyard Haven downtown shopping, dining and Ferry. Marianna was extremely helpful, quickly answering any questions I threw her way. House was fully stocked, well designed and clean. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

My family and I stayed at the house (6 adults and one toddler) and we had the best time. We all were working throughout the week so we used the desk space upstairs, basement table and shed. The internet was strong enough to support all our calls. Plenty of parking space and super quick walk to downtown VH. We cooked, used the grill and went out to eat. Couldn’t ask for more - the hosts were responsive and attentive.

This was our second year staying at "Sunnyside" and it was as awesome as the first. The house and furnishings are new and super clean, while Marianna continues to be a fantastic hope. Thank you Marianna, we hope to be back again!

Can't imagine there is a better place to stay on MV! This home is immaculate, fully equipped, and so comfortable! It has a lovely beach house feel, inside and out. Plus, a great location! I highly recommend this beautiful home!!!

Perfect MV Vacation Rental!
My friends and I stayed for two weeks and had an excellent time. Prime location that is close to Ob and Edgartown, but sits outside the chaos. Beautiful, newly remodeled home. Lovely outdoor seating area. Walking distance to Vineyard Haven. We can wait to come back!

Wonderful stay
We loved staying at this house—the host is amazing—responsive without being intrusive (even found a favorite earring I’d lost and left behind and sent it to me) and the house itself is brand new. Super comfy beds, great bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, nice backyard. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Home
The house had everything one would need. It felt like home!! The backyard was awesome. The shed is a great place for additional outside gathering !!!! The house is close to everything one would need, from shopping to bike rentals!

Even better than the pictures!
This house is new, beautifully decorated, and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. It also has a new washer and dryer, great bathrooms, towels, linens, shower essentials, black-out shades in the bedrooms, outside shower, great patio, grill...! Really convenient to Vineyard Haven by foot and parking for 2 cars if you're taking yours along. Marianna couldn't have been nicer or more responsive, we were so sad to leave! Thank you, Marianna!

We stayed at Marianna’s Sunnyside home while on a girls trip in May. The house was exactly as advertised, brand new and super clean. Marianna was very accommodating to our group, and the house was both comfortable and cozy … perfect for a rainy weekend on the vineyard!

The kitchen was fully stocked. Even down to seasoning, vinegar... I mean everything you could want. The place is beautifully decorated. There were beach chairs and towels and I think even a beach umbrella. The beds were very comfortable and the backyard and little guesthouse/ hang out Wes wonderful. Not one but TWO Private parking areas. And when you get there you will see that I’m absolutely not showcasing it all. Look... this place felt like home.
