Check in process is extremely easy. Hot tub was perfect and fire pit. Wonderful view and home. Very clean and spacious.

Beautiful, private and secluded house. The view is amazing. Everything in the house is labeled and easy to find. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores, gas stations, etc. The house is also located a few miles from Mansfield Dam/park, so it's a short drive to launch your boat. However, getting your truck & trailer in and out of the property is quite challenging. I drive an F-250 with a 24' wakeboard boat. Plan ahead.

Location with wonderful view of lake and easy access as well as nearby restaurants. However, it is right off the highway and that leads to highway noise and you are confined to the property. No neighborhood for walking.
Place was very clean and all appliances functioning. Adequate bedding for 10 people.
Hot water : unfortunately only 3 people could shower before we ran out of hot water and had to wait for the water to heat.
Also outdoor shower but not functioning.
Wonderful new hot tub that was very enjoyable.
The outside including the steps downtown the lake need attending. Rake the leaves and clean the steps.
Finally, we were only provided enough detergent pouches to use the dishwater 3-4 times and likewise the washer. (we bought our own) That seems very strange esp in this price range.

Great time with our family. When they say not to overpack, they mean it. They had everything and yes, we overpacked! We won’t do that next time. Very peaceful location. The trek down to the lake is a great workout. Take water shoes for the lakeshore is rocky .

Beautiful home with great views of Lake Travis!
This is a great home for a week away at the lake with friends or family. The downstairs has floor to ceiling views of the lake all around the back and plenty of well decorated space to hang out, drink wine and enjoy some meals together.
There's also some nice gathering spaces out back to hang out, make a fire, and enjoy the views.
While we didn't walk down to the lake, there is a winding set of stairs that lead down to it like many homes here have when set up high above the water.
Management was very responsive to a few questions we had and the home was stocked with everything you could possibly need.
All around great place to spend the week!

This home has a wonderful layout with plenty of dining areas (inside and out) and a kitchen that is well stocked with cooking and baking items.. The downstairs northwest facing side of the home is windows and the view is spectacular. We enjoyed playing Cornhole and watching the sunset by the fire pit. The walk down to the water was a fun challenge - my daughter said it registered as a 17 flight climb on her phone - the stone stairs are impressive. The management team was wonderful to work with and responded immediately when I had a question. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return.
