The house was a good size. Plenty of room for up to 10 people. The kitchen was nice and equipped pretty well for a 4 day stay. Nice washer & dryer. Nice size bedrooms, dining area & greatroom. Very attractive. Nice pool.

We could not use the garage for parking. One of the garage doors was broken. The remote pads were not operating. We were promised a heated pool for which we paid extra for the propane gas to heat the pool for 3 days, which was the minimum amount for heater use. Heating a pool is a pretty big expense each day. They said they handled the heater remotely. With that usage there was also 2 hours of heat for the hot tub. The day after our arrival we were supposed to have a heated pool. They texted us that morning telling us we would have to turn the heater and the pump on ourselves because the remote was broken. We know nothing about pool heaters. We did our best to turn on the heater to no avail. Luckily, a maintenance man came by to install an antennae at the house and he attempted to turn on the heater but it never worked. After a bit of texting us with a bit of lambasting us for not being able to turn on the heater and pump, we decided we wanted a refund which was given. The first 2 days of pool usage, the weather was overcast & cool and it would have really been nice to have a heated pool. We did not appreciate the manor in which the issue was handled by the management company. It is impersonal. They suggested all communications be done through texting. We were quite disappointed. Also, the 2 king mattresses are old and uncomfortable and need replacing. This house is on the market & perhaps the owners don't care any longer.
