Excellent location. Perfect view of the Bay and the Ocean.

There were several "little things" that need to be "fixed", just to enhance the wonderful experience. 1. When we first arrived, everything looked great but after the first night, in the morning, we noticed that all our feet were and my wife just mopped the floors and no problem since. 2. #1 Bedroom, immediately to the left: a. Bunk bed ladder is missing the first step. b. Bunk bed lower bed frame is cracked on both ends c. There was reddish color “spray” of some sort, around the wall of the lower bed and bottom of the top of the bed frame. We cleaned it up. d. The TV has “spots” in the viewing screen 3. Kitchen: a. Refrigerator, right side, lower door shelf, is broken so we placed it in the lower cabinet, to the left of the stove b. Ice maker had a piece fall out, with the ice. Left on the tray space, because the tray was missing. c. The pots and pans are dated with no really good fry pan or 4-quart sauce d. Only four forks and we had 5 guests 4. Dining Room: a. Chairs are “wobbly” and just need to have the lower rungs glued in place 5. Living room: a. Throw carpet is old and worn BUT serves the purpose b. Coffee table has crack on both sides of the top cross brace c. Wall light, near main bedroom entrance, missing the bulb 6. Master Bathroom: a. Shower handle lose b. Maybe add in some towel racks for someplace to let the towels dry 7. #2 bathroom: a. Tub clogged-up. Called late Tuesday night and, Eric, the maintenance guy, came out on Wednesday morning at 9:45 AM, and fixed it. b. There is a whole in the top of the door, caused by the door stop. c. Dust, from the ceiling vent, on wall above the towel rack d. Ottoman is missing a wheel e. Pillowcases stained 8. A couple of the door hinge pins are not seated right. Just needs a tap with a hammer to push down. I’d like to point out that none of these small items diminished from our vacation, they were just little small things that need attention to enhance the experience at this wonderful

Loved the location and the pool! The staff was amazing, super friendly and always around. We had no issues at all.

The only thing I didn’t love was keeping up with the pool and beach armbands. However, I also can’t think of an easier solution to make sure the pool and beach stay private so we’ll deal with it:)

Convenient to o a handful of restaurants.. no need to get in your vehicle once you park

The owner of the condo we stayed in controls the thermostat remotely. Did not like that at all… was not advertised in the description of the place.
