It is always a nice surprise when there is coffee and croissants available in the morning. Definitively a plus for the location.
Very nice staff - loved collaborating with them.
For my needs the location was excellent.
During my stay I didn't not encounter issues.
I did only stay at the location and use it at late evening before sleep and for morning routine only,
Maybe the parking might be an issue as it is not private, just the local public available. But there were some available spaces every time.

Very clean, big room, friendly and helpful staff, coffee and sweets in the morning in the lobby. I highly recommend this place for a stay in Brasov.

Property is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. Near the old city square, almost 26 minutes by walk. I like that everything was clean. Surprised that in the bathroom they have a music box connected to a radio post ( good music I must add). It was pleasant to hear it in the room. But if you want to have a nice resting sleep there is a switch also, in order to close it. The stuff was nice and every time open to offer guidance, when needed.

I had a wonderful stay at Monarch House. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the room was incredibly comfortable. What's even better is the reasonable price for such quality. The hotel's proximity to the town center was a major plus, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, adding to the overall pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Monarch House to anyone looking for a great stay in Brasov

The rooms were very nicely decorated, they were spacious and clean, the bedsheets were very soft, the towels smelled of lavender. The shower had great water pressure. Everything was spotless. Highly recommend if you don’t mind a nice 10-15 min walk from the centre of Brasov.

The room is very clean, large, new furniture, comfortable bed.
Coffee, tea, croissant and fruits were offerred for breakfast.
Actually I liked everything, even if we walked for about 30 min to the center, i appreciate that location is in a quite and clean area.

Air conditioning, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good breakfast and close to a really nice bakery!
Fairly minor: Not a fan of the shower gel/shampoo combo and the built in dispenser.
Needed to get my own, but the supermarket was very close.

We loved everything about this place! It was so impeccably clean. The host was very nice. The location is not exactly central but this place is worth it! And the radio in the bathroom is a nice touch.

Maybe a better soundproofing with the adjacent room. Luckily the guests from the rooms were quiet. 😀
