Very Buzzy
We really enjoyed our stay, Javier was most helpful in familiarising me with his very extensive apartment. Thaw apartment was located in a very vibrant area where we found almost all we needed at our feet.
The apartment was very spacious with the sleeping area on separate floor from living space
Meaning it was very easy to have some quiet time
The apartment was was well provided the only thing that I would fault it with was it was a bit over IKEA and a bit of personal taste would be good
But really only nitpicking A great property in a buzzing area

Es un alojamiento que te hace querer pasar más tiempo en casa! Muy cómodo para grupos grandes y muy completo. Apartamento muy bien ubicado con negocios de todo tipo a mano. El anfitrión súper agradable y dispuesto a ayudar. Muy contentas!

Very nice apartment! Very clean. Great area to stay in.
Javier was very nice. He met us at the apartment to show us everything. The apartment was very clean and roomy. The area of town was easy to get to many different sites. We would stay there again! The only drawback would be that it is on the third floor and did not have an elevator.

First of all, host was amazing, so welcoming. Came with my girls to meet my daughter who was spending the month in Madrid to study, so logistics were important. So kind and helpful. And apartment was perfect, The terrace was my favorite spot in morning to have coffee,,,but also wine in evening....plenty of room, well laid out with 5 bedrooms and upstairs area with living, dining, kitchen and terrace was perfect gathering area for our family. Central to museums, restaurants, a fabulous location!

Lovely apartment, can*t wait to come back!
First of all, host was amazing, so welcoming. Came with my girls to meet my daughter who was spending the month in Madrid to study, so logistics were important. So kind and helpful. Amazing apartment
Stunning apartment. 3 double bedrooms and the 4th room has 2 double beds.
Lovely air conditioning.
The outside terrace has some shade which was very welcome in the heat.
Location is very central to the city.
The host was lovely and friendly and recommended bars and restaurants.
On a quiet street not far from the metro stop. Plenty of bars in a few mins walk.

Sofort immer wieder! !! Geniale Lage.
Es ist eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit Sonnenterrasse. Sehr ruhig obwohl total zentral. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Aufteilung der Räume für uns optimal. Immer wieder.

Spacious, relaxing for our girls weekend
What a wonderful apartment! It was very clean and exactly as advertised. The terrace added to the ambiance of our girls weekend as we spent time relaxing and talking with wine. Javier was a gracious host and communicated quickly when we reserved and made arrangements to meet for the key. Highly recommend.

Estupendo apartamento y mejor ubicación
Un apartamento ideal para reuniones con amigos.
Al tener tres baños y cuatro habitaciones, disfrutas de independencia, con un espacio común ideal para disfrutar de veladas y desayunos con los tuyos.
Ubicación muy buena con metro cerca, y barrio muy animado.

superb apartment with rooftop terrace in the center of madrid
I stayed in this apartment September 2016 with a group of adults and we had an amazing time the apartment is massive and the rooftop terrace is amazing you are right in the middle of the action if you like bars and clubs . the apartment was also spotless and Javier who owns the apartment was friendly and informative even though his English was limited we managed to understand him no bother I would recommend this apartment to anyone .

Central Location to Historical Areas and Train Station
We were a group of friends that enjoyed the comfort of the apartment and location to many attractions. It is located on the top level of the historical building that does not accommodate an elevator, but the owner did help bringing up the luggage. It has many amenities, including wifi. The neighborhood has tapas bar, restaurants and vintage stores in the surrounding.
