Check in was 4pm!!! Once I arrived the code didn’t work so I called the host and he told me he was sending his housekeeper up with keys (it’s an apartment building)…….3hours later no housekeeper, he said she was passing keys out to other guest I told him to give me her location and I’ll come get the keys….he stopped answering my calls.
I contacted support which sent me through loops!!! Support contacted him and he was acting like he couldn’t hear us. I’m still waiting on a refund I’m amazed vrbo still has this booking up!!!
I had to drive 30mins north for another hotel since it was a Friday everything was sold out!! I just don’t understand! And the following morning I get a text from the host ASKING ME ABOUT MY STAY!!!

Please remember, it is SUPER IMPORTANT to leave the parking permit. Taking this permit will result in a penalty fee of $50. 🅿️🚗
