Clean and spacious. Great amenities. Perfect for our 4 adults and 4 kids. Pool was AMAZING. Great location. Safe neighborhood. We had one minor issue with the A/C on our second day. Texted the number provided. Person was there within the hour and fixed it immediately. Would stay here again for sure!

Finally getting back to normal after a three week stay in Cape Coral and I just wanted to share our experience with our VRBO property. We are from Northern Indiana and every year find a place in warm sunny Florida in February to get away from the cold & snow with our son and his family. Well sunny & warm Florida didn’t live up to its expectations this year but our home away from home was what we expected. The four bedrooms were exactly what we needed and one of the best parts of the house is the pool bathroom. The great open concept living space is just what a two-family vacation needs. The heated pool kept the kiddos busy even though it was a little chilly at times. The surrounding area is in a quiet neighborhood with a golf course just a few blocks away. Communication with our host Melanie, and Brian with her Home Servicing company, were always available for all questions and concerns from booking to check out. It was a very enjoyable stay.

We loved this house! Beautifully decorated, bedrooms spacious and comfortable, large master bath, second full bath and half bath outside by the pool was so convenient. Open concept was perfect for being together whether watching the large tv, making dinner or playing games. Pool area was perfect as well.

We had an incredible stay at this Cape Coral home! The location was superb, offering easy access to shopping, dining & beaches, yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The house was impressively well-equipped, catering to all our needs. Immaculate cleanliness throughout made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The real gem was the pool – an absolute bonus! It provided the perfect relaxation spot after a day of exploring. Overall, a fantastic place that ticked all the boxes for a memorable vacation. Highly recommend, 10 out of 10! Would definitely stay again.

Stayed at this property after my carefully selected reservation (that I made 6 months ago) cancelled on me on Monday for a Thursday arrival.
Host was super accommodating, answering all of the questions I had quickly and clearly so we could make sure it was a right fit.
Check in was simple and clear.
House was gorgeously decorated and spotless.
Amenities were plentiful, so we didn't need to make any unnecessary purchases that would just go to waste.
Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly.
Pool was a perfect temperature and fun for everyone.
Overall had a wonderful relaxing time visiting Cape Coral for my granddaughters first birthday.
Will DEFINITELY see if this house is available the next time we come back!

A very comfortable, clean, and surprisingly large property. Our group of six golfers enjoyed our stay and found everything to be as described. Host was accessible and helpful. We’d book it again for our next trip!

From the moment we arrived, the kids, as well as the adults, enjoyed the foosball and shuffleboard tables; The pool was warm. Everything was just right for us to begin and enjoy our stay. Since I got 3 little ones under 5, that was a major plus for me, since I barely have time to do anything. This gave me a way to have them entertained and actually have time to myself. The house was clean and well kept. I loved that they had bicycles for guests to use, including one with training wheels. Overall, it was a great trip. We enjoyed our stay and the kids loved it too. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would give a 10😊 Thank you, Melanie, for being an amazing host.

We couldn't have asked for a better escape from Wisconsin winters! From the moment we stepped in until we left, the experience was perfect. The home is just like the pictures and is exceptionally clean and well taken care of. It was a family vacation where 3 of us stayed the whole month of February and other family members joined us for a week at a time. The space was very comfortable for our maximum of 7 adults at one time. The best feature for us was the heated pool - it was very clean and comfortable. We used it daily - even when the temperatures dipped into the 60's. As for property management, we had a few very small issues and questions, and were immediately answered by the owner and property manager. The Cape Coral location is nice and close to grocery stores, etc. We found that we were more comfortable there than we would have been in Fort Myers due to the traffic.
Bottom line - we highly recommend this vacation home to all!
