New mattresses need to be purchased ASAP. Even though we loved the hot tub, the lack of an outdoor space really is a bummer. But the owners have made an effort to make this a great family vacation home. Lots of beds w/ the bunks for large families, the amount of dishes & small appliances they have is amazing. We were the only ones up at the pool when we went. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and such a great location.

Nice VRBO in Beautiful St. George
The ownership group was well organized on the details of the house. The kids loved the bunk room, plenty of beds, lots of dishes/cook wear. We liked the community pool and hot tub, quiet neighborhood.

It was set up great to accommodate multiple families with children..
It was the perfect place for some of our children and grandchildren to stay while in town for a family event only a few miles from our home. I wish it would have listed the sizes of beds available as it can sleep more than 10 people it was listed as (1 small family got a hotel and that wasn't necessary). The ping pong table and dart board was a hit with the kids.

Perfect for our family get-away!
Our family enjoyed our stay so much. The house is super clean and filled with all the amenities we needed. Great location, to boot! It’s the ideal vacation rental and we will definitely stay there again on future visits to St. George!

Recent stay with one of my kids was amazing! Had a great time and the house was ideal for those with kids but also private with lots of space. Everything that one needs for a good base to explore the area, but also having the option for pleasant down-time as needed.

We were a volleyball team of 7. My teammates were blown away with my selection. The hot tub was a real blessing. We had a rare problem with the refrigerator and the maintenance man responded immediately. Highly recommend this property for groups and families!

Great experience
Recent stay with one of my kids was amazing! Had a great time and the house was ideal for those with kids but also private with lots of space. Everything that one needs for a good base to explore the area, but also having the option for pleasant down-time as needed.

Golf Getaway
Came down for a short golf trip with a couple of friends. Excellent location and easy to get to all the local courses. Great to have the hot tub after several days of golfing. The house is very nicely furnished and I would stay here every time I am in town.

It’s located really close to the pool and having our own Jacuzzi was extremely convenient and wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked and we did not need anything. We will gladly stay here again.
