This rental was perfect for our 3-generation family vacation. Owners thought of every detail- well stocked kitchen, even laundry soap and little body soap bars. There’s beach items, chairs, and towels. Beautiful walk to the beach gives you a bit of a workout but well worth it! We landed early in the day after traveling all night ands there were even able to let us in the place early!

This was a great family rental- full kitchen we could cook in with all the details thought of, and laundry in unit was great. Also had chairs and such for the beach. The owners thought of everything!

Great vacation stay. Condo in large condo community. Very comfortable. My only complaint is I think they claimed an ocean view and it’s a sliver of a view only from a certain spot in the kitchen. Nice gardens, lovely private beach on the property. Hassle- free management. Quiet other than birds which we enjoyed.

Rented the unit for our daughter’s family while they visited us at Pali Ke Kua.Plane cancellations caused them to arrive 2 days late. The unit was clean and well stocked with necessities. The furnishings were quite nice. The only drawback is that the unit is one half of a duplex and the adjacent unit is apparently occupied by a long term renter family with a child and very active and loud late night activities. Smoking was evident from the adjacent unit’s lanai/patio. We would recommend this property with some disclaimers

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and having a restaurant on property was lovely. There were numerous great beaches in close proximity and we were able to drive around the entire island. Can't wait to return to Kauai and would definitely consider staying here again.

Not as pictured on the listing. Different layout. It was still good though. Hot tub was important to us and it was broken all of our stay. Location was great if you don’t need the city life. Absolutely beautiful area.

This condo came equipped with everything we needed from dishware to towels to beach accessories and more. Perfectly located in Princevill with a short drive to Hanalei. The paved pathway to Hideaway Beach was just a short walk and easily accessible. The views from this beach are incredible! We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub as well which is just across the street from the condo. Large screen TV with alit of channels made for comfy evening relaxation. We had one issue with the key card to the swimming pool not working but the Property manager replaced the card almost immediately. We would stay here again!

Pali Ke Kua 1 perfectly accommodated our family of 5. Spacious layout, great beds, nice showers, well-equipped kitchen, electric BBQ, laundry, beach chairs, umbrella, and ample beach towels. Hose on lanai was perfect to rinse off gear after beach days. Quiet safe location and convenient to Hanalei side. Quick walk down to Hideaways Beach and easy drive to Queens Bath trail. Amazing sunsets overlooking Hanalei Bay. Convenient to Princeville shops for souvenirs and grocery shopping. Warm meals around the dining table after full days of exploring the island. Not too far away, we hiked along the Na Pali trail and enjoyed going to Hanalei for dinner and a boat outing. We cooked a few meals and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed. It would have been nice if it had a few ingredients, such as olive oil or a spice or two. One recommendation I have for the owner is to upgrade the couch.

Location is possibly the best on all of Kauai. From this condo you can walk to a private entrance to hideaways beach, a short and beautiful walk down to the spectacular beach in front of the Princeville Hotel. Also access to a beautiful swimming pool and hot tub. All of the best that Princeville has to offer and Hanalei just a few minutes drive away. We met a woman on Island who had sold her property to a tech billionaire. She decided to move to a condo for simplicity and could have afforded to move to any condo on the entire island of Kauai. She chose Pali Ke Kua to call her home. It’s that great of a location - really! Don’t hesitate, book it right away. We’ll be back!

We were very pleased with our VRBO unit at Pali Le Kua unit 1. It was a beautiful unit at a great location. The unit was very clean and offered a welcome package, plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, games and chairs. The location was fabulous, enjoyed the private beach, sunsets and the landscaping was beautiful. The only recommendation would be to install the air conditioning units that were left in the unit unopened. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this VRBO and managment company and hope to return soon.

Fabulous vacation
We were very pleased with our VRBO unit at Pali Le Kua unit 1. It was a beautiful unit at a great location. The unit was very clean and offered a welcome package, plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, games and chairs. The location was fabulous, enjoyed the private beach, sunsets and the landscaping was beautiful. The only recommendation would be to install the air conditioning units that were left in the unit unopened. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this VRBO and managment company and hope to return soon.

This was a perfect place for my family as a home base for our Kauai trip. It felt homey, was clean, bright and airy, and had everything we needed (except oven mitts and enough beach towels for 5 guests). Short walk to a few different amazing beaches, pool and hot tub right across the street, very private. The birds singing every morning was so delightful to wake up to!
They were immediately responsive to any questions we had. We needed a new pool key and one was brought to us right away. I truly hope to stay there again.
