We could not have been more pleased with our stay and experience with the hosts! The property was absolutely spotless and perfectly appointed. The hosts made it so easy by having towels, linens, and toiletries ready for us when we arrived. The communication was excellent. We are already planning our next visit!!

Kathy and Jamie are amazing hosts. Their unit is impeccably clean and extremely comfortable, loaded with all the comforts of home in the kitchen and bathroom. They offer a variety of board games and books for entertainment on a rainy day. The view is amazing and sitting outside on the all weather balcony is beyond relaxing. Kathy responded to any questions in a timely manner. I can't wait to visit again.

We loved the view from our balcony, morning, afternoon, evening, just fabulous! The condo is very clean, beautifully decorated and nicely furnished. Kitchen was very nice and supplied everything we needed for our quick meals. We enjoyed the pools with our grandkids. We had a lovely time. One of the prettiest spots on SML.

The condo was extremely clean and well-appointed with a lovely view of the lake. It was conveniently located with a pool, swimming beach, marina, restaurant and shop downstairs. Good size for a family of four, with nice touches such as snacks provided and detergent pods in the laundry closet. We hope to come back in the future.

Convenient to State Park. Reasonable drive to other attractions around the lake. Some on-site amenities like the outside pool and hot tub were not open.

I don’t do a lot of reviews… But I would just want everyone to know how great this place is. The unit was very clean and had everything you could think of that you would need again could not have asked for more. The resort is great. Also very clean. Great, boat parking And so much to do there we were thrilled with our stay.

This place really was perfect! It has a great view of the lake. The beds are very comfortable. It looks just like the photos with lots of thoughtful touches. We can’t wait to stay here again.

From the moment we got there until the moment we had to leave everything was amazing. Kathy and Jamie are wonderful hosts. Their condo is exactly as it was described. It was even more amazing in person. They made sure we had everything we needed to have a great trip. They even had a snack basket for us. Their condo was very clean and decorated beautifully. The views from their condo were breathtaking. We sat on the patio each morning and evening looking at the beautiful views. We will definitely be returning and also recommending their place to our families and friends.

My husband and 2 young kids had a wonderful time and greatly enjoyed our stay! The condo was spotless and so well maintained, we were very comfortable there and had everything we needed-including a beautiful view of the lake from the porch/sunroom! We enjoyed drinking coffee on the porch in the morning as well as playing card games with the kids while watching the sunset. The kids also enjoyed the indoor pool at the complex as well as the small beach area on site. The proximity of the condo to the state park was also fantastic (less than 10min) and we enjoyed back to back days of hiking and fishing there as well. The hosts were very communicative and made everything so easy for a smooth check in-check out process. We would highly recommend, and would love to stay again in the future!

Only one suggestion- eliminate the open key app to access amenities- initially didn’t work then was confusing for my family to use- simple cards would be much better!!

As I sit here Drinking my Coffee on the Sun Patio I still can not believe the View! The Condo is great! Very Clean! Nicely decorated and fun! with all the little extra touches that show that the hosts, Kathy & Jamie really love the property and they want want you to have a good time! They checked on me to make sure everything was going well and the check in and check out process was smooth and painless. We will definitely stay here again! I highly recommend this Condo, Thank you Kathy and Jamie!!!

This was a beautiful condo with a great view! All of the furniture was very comfortable. The place was very clean. The owner communicated very well! I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to the area.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath was exactly as advertised. Easy access, great parking, perfect location, everything you need top to bottom, plus some unexpected bennies. It was great. And so were the owners. We will definitely go there again. Don't miss a visit to the Landing restaurant downstairs, or the Alpaca Farm, or apple orchards, and then of course, the beautiful SML and the State Park.

This Condo at Mariners Landing is AMAZING! My husband and I met up with my brother from outside the Louisville area for a long weekend getaway! We loved every minute of our stay! The condo is modern, beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The views of the lake from the condo balcony are breathtaking. The amenities are great, and we love the state park just down the road--great place for long or short hikes! We have been here before, and we will definitely come back again! The owners are very courteous and are just a text away if you have questions. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at many properties at SML but this one tops them all. The property was better than described and beautifully decorated. It was the cleanest place we have ever stayed and Kathy communicated with us before, during and after to ensure we had no issues during our stay. The beds were comfortable and the view of the lake was amazing. The resort itself was perfect with just a little of everything to offer everyone in your group. We will be staying again for sure as there is no need to look anywhere else when going to SML. Kathy- you are an amazing host and we have stayed at over 20 VRBOs and you and your property tops them all!!!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Some many things were supplied that isn't supplied at other places. Kathy & Jamie were very good to work with, they answered all questions and very quickly. I recommend staying here and we would stay again.

Beautiful, Clean, Well-Stocked
My family of four stayed for a week in July and we would go back in a second! My husband marveled at how clean it was, and my friends (who stayed with their families in other condos) and I loved how fresh and updated it was. The hosts had perfect communication. Everything was great and my family had one of our best vacations so far!

The property is incredibly well kept, has everything you need including a very nice store and restaurant in site. Everything is easy to manage and enjoy. The beach front was our favorite part after the beauty of the lake!

Amazing property and amazing host. Kathy answered all of our questions promptly. Felt like home with extra touches as well. Brought our boat which worked out well only complaint would be the dock and put in were a little difficult to navigate but minimal issue.
Will definitely stay again. 6/5 stars

The view is beautiful, the condominium has been thoughtfully outfitted. Every inch of the kitchen, bedrooms, dining areas have been as thoughtfully appointed as possible. They cannot have done and their job.

The nicest unit I've seen at Mariners
My spouse and I absolutely loved staying at this condo. The furnishings were very comfortable, especially the high top table and chairs overlooking the lake. The unit looks like it was just renovated, everything down to the paint and molding was impeccable. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we will be back!

This was our first time to SML and it was wonderful! Mariners has a restaurant, pool, beach area with a resort feel. The condo was very clean and has everything you need on your stay. The owners were very responsive. Highly recommend!

SML dreams
This condo is by far our favorite of our VRBO experiences. The owners are very responsive and have thought of all the details. Easy check in process. Since we were repeat customers (last visit May 2021) I can say that there were renovations and upgrades that again makes this condo outstanding. This year we were able to use the pool and it was so convenient/easy access to spend lazy days in the sun/pool. I must say that we will DEFINITELY be back again. Thanks to the owners for all they have done to ensure that any guest feels at home.

My wife and I had the best time here. The listing was super accurate and what an AMAZING view of the lake on the balcony. The morning coffees and evening glass of wine on the patio overlooking the lake was absolutely stunning. The owners checked in often, internet was super fast and easy to jump on and overall was just a 5 star experience. We will most definitely be back.
