Location was good, shops and restaurants nearby
The smell, very hot in the apartment and the beds were very uncomfortable. Sofa bed was comfortable!

Property had everything we needed and was ideally situated - a half hour drive from Harry Potter studios and a train ride from central London. It was clean and comfortable. Great to have a private parking space so close to London.
It was very hot, even with the heating off but fans were provided in the living room.

Lovely apartment which had a balcony & well equipped kitchen. Fans were provided as weather was very hot. Nicki was extremely helpful
A dishwasher would be better than a washing machine though. It would also be good to tile up to the ceiling in the main bathroom to make showering easier.
