Vanda is a very nice host.
Big room with comfy bed (amazing pillows), sofa and air con. It's located in a calm neighbourhood and close enough from city center or grocery.

Superwarm bij aankomst, gelukkig was er airco. En er lagen 2 zakjes popcorn, waarvan eentje helemaal onder de mieren zat.

Unit was just a converted garage in a block of residential flats.

Close to the function we were attending. Good value for money. The couple of packets of popcorn was a nice treat.
When we arrived there was a car park right by the property as stated but then we had to go to a concert and when we arrived back all the car parks were occupied so we had to park on the street which we were a bit tentative about.

Easy to access. The owners sent a comprehensive message about parking and getting into the unit so the check in was easy using the lock box. Quiet location as back from the street

Tiny sink in bathroom. No power point in bathroom for shaver/hairdryer. Host could not get TV to work.

The location was excellent for a overnight stay for an event at the Globox arena at Claudelands. The host provided clear instructions and contact details and the unit was clean. The unit is compact but has pretty much everything you need for that length of stay.
Not a lot they can do about it but the entry and manoeuvring out of the parking space is tight if there are other vehicle parked near the unit.

Easy check in/check out and responsive host, everything needed for my stay passing through Hamilton - very comfortable! I would recommend to others and stay again if going through Hamilton in the future.

Size of the room. Had most things needed.
The pillows were uncomfortable and it didn't have an iron.

The studio was lovely and clean, very comfortable, and Vanda's hospitality was amazing. She went over and beyond to help make my stay there enjoyable. I highly recommend this cozy-studio for anyone visiting. Very convenient as it's close to the CBD and Hamilton Gardens.

Great place to stay. Parked up the side of the unit. Very clean,comfortable and spacious. No noise , which was great for a good nights sleep. Will return again!

This property would be lovely in the winter, but in the summer, with no air conditioning, the unit quickly becomes unbearable hot and quite uncomfortable

Location is back from the road. Close to town. We've stayed here a couple of times and have found the facilities to meet our needs. Easy contactless entry.
This is the second time we've stayed here as it is reasonably priced and we enjoyed our stay. However we are told we are allocated a parking space next to the unit. Both times we've come back to the accommodation after being out to find another vehicle in our allocated spot. So we've parked outside the building, hoping that this is ok. If we were to have to park on the road I would have been frustrated as a draw point to the accommodation is off street parking. Maybe some sort of acknowledgement to other people to let them know guests are staying and will need that park could be helpful?
