The apartment is lovely with a fabulous pool and sea view! Very easy to find thanks to Kim's excellent directions and information. Kim is very kind, helpful and generous. Everything one needs is provided and the attention to detail is seen throughout the apartment making it so cosy and homely! Beautifully decorated, clean and a truly delightful stay! Thank you!

Beautiful modern apartment. Exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything you need for a self catering stay. Lovely pool area. A/C and ceiling fans very appreciated in July heat wave! Walking distance to Peyia village with small supermarket and a few restaurants and bars. Short drive to Coral Bay. Would love to have stayed longer. Highly recommended +++

Practical timer on AC, so you can go to bed and not have it blast at you the whole night :)
Covered car park, so car is cool in the morning
There was a lot of construction in the area and it took a long time to find a road that wasn't closed
Not the owner's fault but best to ask for a description on how to get to the apartment and also into the car park. One needs to call a number and the barrier opens, we kept looking for a num pad to input the number to open the barrier but a nice neighbor helped us in in the end

The place was comfortable, fully equipped with all the necessary furniture and equipment. The owner to our surprise also provided basic cooking supplies. Everything was perfect.

view from balcony was amazing even though sea was 5min away. Breakfast with mountain and pool gives amazing vibe, quiet place non touristic was the best choice.

Location was fine and flat / overall place is fine and nice too.
No contact with the owner. Slightly tricky to get in but with all the detailed instructions you can make it there. We found 2 cucaraches in the flat so that wasnt that pleasant but the place looks fine overall.

The apartment was beautiful, exactly like the photos, if not better. It was such a good size for 2 adults and 2 kids. Beautiful view, gorgeous pool. Was close enough to everywhere we wanted to visit.
I loved the fact it has such homely touches.
I'm gutted we didn't stay for longer, will definitely book again in the future! 💕

The apartment was impeccably clean, well decorated and instructions from Kim were spot on. Cyprus seems to be a maze of tiny roads which in the main all lead to somewhere but it would be easy to get lost. Tea and coffee was a nice touch. sea views too.
unfortunately the beautiful pool was closed and we weren’t notified of this. it would have been lovely to have spent a couple of hours chilling by the pool.

The colours and the whole decoration of the house was great. It was very clean. There were extra blankets in case of cold weather. Loved the book collection. The location is great, very close to attractions by car. It has its own parking and it is short of private that increases the security. The instructions to find the room and the instructions inside were very detailed and precise. Hot water availability was fast enough...only ten minutes. Generally we left with a good impression of the room. Thank you.
The air conditioning was already set up to 25° C and you couldn't set it any higher. The weather was bad, we visited during a storm so we would love a little heat. Finally, I would appreciate face towels for everyone. Body towels were great but there was only one available for the head.

There's all, what you need for vacation, very clean, good view, balcony, spacious rooms, design, all new, full complex nesessary things. Quality apartment just perfect ☺️

The apartman was awesome, nicely equipped, kitchen also nice, you can cook, bathroom clean and spacious, air conditioner, and a private pool included. highly recommend, especially if you have your own car (private parking provided). We sadly just stayed for one night, would recommend for more, too.

Apartment is in a closed living area - just few minutes drive to main tourist attractions and beaches. This place was very clean and tidy, fully equipped with everything you might need for our vacation. Kim managed and explained everything perfectly and very professional. She is very kind and helpful - always on communication, if you necessary. Perfect location to stay before or after the flight as it is only 30 minutes away from Paphos Airport.
The pool didn't work, but it didn't matter so much, everything was perfect.
