It was a great size cabin for our small youth group. Everyone had a place to stay.

Stayed for a 3 day weekend. Host kept great communication. Rooms, kitchen, living room, game room, every room was clean and organized. A lot of fun things to do in the cabin if you get stuck indoors due to weather. Everything you need is in the cabin. 5 stars

Loved almost everything about the cabin. Was there for a getaway with friends. Cabin was clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for a great trip. Only issue we had is that the hot tub is very small for a place that sleeps up to 18. But I still give it 5 stars!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The directions were clear and easy to follow.
Unfortunately most of our stay was impacted by a winter mix and snow. Darren was so supportive and accommodating. He offered to allow us to stay another night or leave a day early. Many hosts wouldn’t have offered that and we greatly appreciated it, although we ultimately trudged home in the snow.

We stayed with family and friends for my son’s 16th birthday. It’s a beautiful cabin and still decorated for Christmas so that was a pleasant surprise. So cozy and plenty of room for all our guests. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed to cook and enjoy each others company. We will be back! Thank you for being so accommodating.

I would only add bringing more garbage bags and toilet paper, also the place to leave the garbage is very small for the number of guests that the cabin houses.

Myself and my friend group travel to Gatlinburg each year for a annual cabin trip and Darron and Big Boy Cabin have become apart of our itinerary each year! We love the cabin, as it’s more than enough space, clean and tidy with all of the amenities we need and Darron is a great host from start to finish. We recommend this cabin to friend groups, couples, families or anybody looking to have a good time at a private property in the mountains. Look no further, this is a great property and host. This cabin is in a great location! Minutes from grocery store and nestled into the craftsman’s village.
A few miles away from the main strip in Gatlinburg but that’s the draw! Far enough from the chaos to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee on the porch but close enough to be there in about 10 minutes.
Nicely furnished, very comfortable, and fun amenities. Will book it again!

Very happy with the stay. Great location for us. Clean, plenty of beds, pool table, air hockey, hot tub. They even had it decorated for Christmas. Had a great family time. Very close to Rocky Top Sports complex. Would recommend it to anyone. Would stay again

Used this property for the Hearts on Fire retreat, and the boys loved having their queen size bunk beds upstairs! Only complaint was we couldn’t use the grill because of an open burn ban the city had in effect.

This is a GREAT cabin in a convenient location. It is well-stocked and has plenty of amenities. The outside needs a good cleaning as there were spider and cob webs ALL around the outside of it. Considering the location, I’m sure spiders building webs on the outside is hard to manage. We didn’t see any creatures inside the cabin though. Thank you for a great stay!

We enjoyed the stay and viewing the colors in the mountains. We enjoyed the space and the hot tub. The arts community nearby was also fun to explore. The only thing we could have benefited from was a few more blankets.

Overall very happy with our experience at this cabin! There was plenty of room for 8 guests but I couldn’t imagine much more or you’d be on top of each other. Wish there would have been more living room space so we could have been more comfortable all hang out together!

Was a great place, outside was hilly, no place for kids to stretch their legs, it was quiet and nicely set up. Couldn't get the televisions to work in bedrooms or living room, we used the television in media spot for a dvd, but we made the most of it...shower in bunk bedroom did not work, so we just used the other three. we had a great time.

I will be renting this cabin again. The location was perfect close enough to everything but far enough away that it was quite. Our host was great. Have been busting Gatlinburg for 27 years and this trip beats them all. The cabin was perfect. There was 9 of us and it was plenty of room and even had extra room.

Great place too stay. We had 10 family members 6 adults and 4 between the ages of 9 and 14. This place was clean and organized. Highly recommend!

The house was tidy. All appliances were in working order. It was very thoughtful to have a bag of charcoal ready for us on arrival. My extended family joined us for a 5 night stay. I wish the kitchen were a little bigger, but it was adequate and there was panto of pots and pans for use.
The steep driveway was a bit of a challenge for my dad at times (he is in his 70s & had knee surgery 3 months ago), But again this was minor. It was a great stay. Hot tub On the balcony was very relaxing. Plenty of seating. The tv's were smart t v's so lots of options for viewing. This location is close to the mountains & beautiful hiking trails of the Smoky Mountain National park, numerous skilled artisans & craftsmen on Glades Road, and tourist attractions nearby in Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. Dollywood is about a twenty minute drive. Buccee's in Sevierville was a fun drive, too.
I highly recommend this location. I wish there was more flat square footage outside to be able to kick a ball with the little kids. But overall, this was a great place.

Property is very nice. Bedrooms are huge and provide tons of storage. The living area is great for family meals and playing games. The theatre/arcade area was so spacious. The porches are awesome for relaxing. The perfect cabin for all of your needs. The location is prime. You’re literally 5 minutes from downtown. Will definitely stay here again.

We loved all the entertainment features included with the house for the week. The theatre room and air hockey table were hits for the teenagers. The outdoor seating areas needed swept and cleaned but would stay again.
