The place is what you need when staying for Eurodisney. We were two families (2+2 adults, 2+3 kids) and were very comfortable. 2 rooms (1 double bed and the other with 2 bunks (so 4 beds more). In the dining room, there are two sofa beds. So, 10 people can sleep there. Although tit can be a bit small, you spent almost all the day out in the park, so no problem at all. 8 minutes walking from the train station, which is two stops away from Eurodisney and (the same line, 40 minutes from Paris). The bathroom is ok, shower ok. Kitchen is ok, fridge ok... Communication with the landlord is very ok. I would repeat without questioning

Some things may need a small repair (it does not affect your stay at all). But assuming you pay a deposit, it can freak you. E.G.. The microwave or the bathroom door handle have the lever broken and glued. There are no scissors in the kitchen... Nothing that can not be fixed after one morning of the owner taking care (it was easter holidays, so I assume it was a problem of high season)
