Stayed in this property for approx’ 4 weeks. Well furnished to a good standard and great location, good parking. Well equipped modern kitchen with modern bathroom.

Communication big problem, had no hot water on day one due to not being told about the water heater in the cupboard needing to be switched on. Throughout stay communication on issues was not great although effort was made to try and put things right. Property was generally cold, especially at night - main heater in lounge and bathroom was broken, lounge was eventually fixed after 3 weeks - bathroom remained broken entire stay. Portable heater was provided for lounge but had no heat in bathroom. Big issue with damp in the property, significant mould on bedroom wall - took a week after chasing to get a response to resolve this, a dehumidifier was provided and told to leave windows open - not possible due to heaters not working. Shower was blocked and although we were provided with drain unblocker to do ourselves - reported it didn’t work and never had a response. Cleaners arrived to clean mould a day later than we were advised and we were expected to leave property until I said we were unaware they were coming. The door auto locks itself so you’re unable to get back in should the door close, the landlord had no spare keys.

Location. Really nice place. Had almost everything you needed. Quiet even though it was on a major road.. Comfortable bed.

The toilet was dirty. No brush or disinfectant to clean it. Cooked food in the oven. Oven needs to be cleaned. Fridge wasn't clean and deep freeze needs defrosting. There was a drop of dishwashing liquid so had to buy my own as well as toilet brush and disinfectant. The rest of the flat was clean.

We stayed almost over one month and we were very satisfied. Linzi is very kind and very responsive. Good location (very close to the center), spacious room and living room, and kitchen with many equipments. Perfect size for couples.

Lovely apartment, high quality furnishings done out very well, location was perfect- literally across the road from the shopping centre. Bed and pillows were so comfy. Good communication with the owner. Good value for money. I would 100% recommend and use this place again. Thankyou

Nothing to not like.

Everything! A Good size, really clean, comfortable and lovely decoration throughout. It was a really comfortable base to use while in Basingstoke and perfectly located for all the local amenities. Linzi couldn’t have been more helpful during my stay.

It was perfect, couldn’t fault it.

We loved the easy access, the location. The stay was lovely and chilled.

They wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
