Beautiful unit beautiful view

Wonderful condo, all the necessary amenities, very neat and clean. Fabulous few of the beach from our 2nd floor deck/patio. Enjoyed an extremely relaxing vacation. Marita, the owner, has been very helpful and welcoming throughout. We hope and plan to spend another vacation at this property/condo.

I just returned home after staying 2 weeks at Surf Villas. Everything was excellent. The condo was spotless and nicely furnished. The view from the back patio is beautiful and the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The surrounding area is very nice with plenty of good restaurants. The property manager Marita was fantastic to deal with and always responded right away. I look forward to returning and highly recommend this rental.

We had a wonderful two month stay in this lovely, thoughtfully designed beach front condo.
Kitchen is adequately equipped for two people with a new coffee maker. Double sinks in the bathroom and an updated shower made mornings easy. The shady deck with table and chairs were perfect for coffee at sunrise and dining al fresco at sundown. Property manager, Marita, made herself available for any questions/concerns. Highly recommend this condo!

Stayed here a month at this very nice property overlooking the ocean, which is literally steps away. This unit has some nice upgrades from other typical one BR, such as double sinks and more updated decor.
The area is safe, secure and convenient to shopping and restaurants.
Marita, the managing agent, checked on us not only when we arrived, but also periodically later as the need dictated.

Extremely nice short-term rental property in convented Sawgrass area. Close attention has been made and high-end upgrades in kitchen and bath. Clean, cared for and quiet. Plus, the beautiful beach and ocean is only a few steps away, or sit on your deck to watch the waves and sunrise! We will definitely return!

This condo is a gem. We appreciated the direct access to the beach just north of the Sawgrass Country Club (for members only). The neighborhood felt safe and the grounds reflected excellent standards of care and maintenance. Marita was readily available for any issues needing attention. We were delighted to stay in such a high-quality property.

Steps from perfect running & walking beach
Very much enjoyed our week in Ponte Vedra area. Extremely clean & safe area surrounding by incredible multi-million dollar homes. My wife & I both like to run & walk. Incredible flat beach goes miles in both directions. Condo was clean & comfortable with direct access to beach (just walk across the yard)

Beach Villas
We used to own a condo in the same complex and were absolutely taken back by the updated style and decor of this unit. Maurita was excellent and communicated well when we needed anything. We hope to come back and stay again in the near future. We would like to personally thank Maurita for all of her hospitality and aside from the inclement weather, a wonderful and relaxing stay on the beaches of Ponte Vedra! Definitely recommend!
