The condo in Lead was a very clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable home base for exploring the northern Black Hills! The owners were very communicative and gracious, responding quickly to questions or requests. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend it as a wonderful place to stay!

Absolutely love our stay and would recommend it to friends and family! Our host made it feel like HOME full of love. The facility is fully stocked with kitchen amenities, comfy beds and very roomy rooms w/walk-in closets. If you have any questions or concerns, you’ll get a very quick response from the host.

Came out here for motorcycle rally in Sturgis. The property was very clean, beds are super comfortable. The condo was very nice and well stocked with things you would need. Communication with the owners was pleasant and easy. Had three motorcycles and for in the parking area just fine. The area is conveniently located to Deadwood, Sturgis and other sight seeing areas such as Mt. Rushmore. It’s a drive to place like Rushmore but the area isn’t just completely out of the way. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again in the future and would recommend staying here.

Property is in a great location, an hour or more to most destinations. Parking at the place is a little nuts but chatted with a couple residents who are petitioning to change that. Place was just as describes we loved it.

Stayed with my family for a long weekend of skiing. The location was perfect and less than 10 minutes from the ski lodge. The building was well maintained and quiet and the condo was clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed a relaxing and fun 3 nights! The condo was clean and fully stocked with everything needed for our stay as family of 5 with 3 kids. Great location to see this side of the state. No concerns and would stay again!

Very clean and comfortable. Was disappointed in the location. Description said it is a short drive to Mount Rushmore, Custer state park. It is actually over an hour away from those attractions.

The condo was perfect for our family of 5! It was very clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the 3 TVs, wifi, extra blankets, kitchen supplies, 2 walk-in closets and more. It was such a great location for skiing and spending time in Deadwood. We will definitely stay here again!

Wine and beer and restaraunts
We came to the Hills to trail ride ATVs. Unfortunately the 20” of snow canceled those plans. So we switched gears and made it a winery/brewery/foodie trip. The Condo was very centrally located to do all that. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook full meals. The beds were very comfy (just a little tall for a short person like me). The deer out the back patio were entertaining. We loved the streets of Lead. Seemed like everything was up hill, but being in a mining town that’s close to 150 years old is so cool. We had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Great Place!
The property was very clean and updated. Amenities were perfect as I brought food to cook and they had all kitchenware needed. Check-in was very easy and the host communicated clearly. The location was perfect as it was a short drive to Deadwood and the place is a quick walk to a local coffee shop for a latte. Highly recommended place!

They did all the assuming for me and had extras that were available during our stay, for example scrunchies for the shower, if needed, make up remover wipes. The only thing we did buy was a step stool to get into the bed. The location is great and was a beautiful place to stay. Thank you.

Wonderful condo as advertised
The condo was perfect for our needs and has everything you will need. It was quiet and easy access to everything in the Lead & Deadwood & Mt Rushmore area. The condo was very clean and John and Cassie were very responsive and helpful with any questions. Would love to come back someday.

We had a problem with the lock when we first got to the condo and the owners were absolutely wonderful about taking care of the situation immediately. They are excellent communicators and I would highly recommend renting their condo again. Also, it was super cute!
