We were very impressed with this property. The views are amazing--direct view of the Gulf from both bedrooms. The kitchen had everything needed to make meals, and there's a full size washer and dryer in the unit.
The building and grounds are well maintained. Although the pool was too cold to use (January), the hot tub was great. We also appreciated having direct beach access--no street to cross to get to that beautiful white sand beach. We walked and played in the sand for hours.
This condo has assigned parking in a secure and clean underground ramp.
Lastly, we had questions ahead of our trip, and while there, and got immediate responses each time. Very pleased with the customer service.

Dishes and cook ware could have been cleaned better. The cleaning person didn’t do a very thorough job. Other than that it was great. The location was perfect.

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We have stayed at many condos at Silver Beach Towers and this was our favorite! Due to the hurricane in the area, Billie Jo provided me updates on the situation, prior to our arrival.

The condo was very nice and we loved the safety of the parking. Beach chairs were set up everyday. On arrival day the master bedroom tv would not work and maintenance fixed it the same day. The previous renters lost one of the key fobs and we were not given a replacement until we had already been there 5 days. A fob is needed to get into the parking lot and into the building as well as to see which chairs you are assigned on the beach, so one person was always without one. Other than that, I highly recommend this condo and will definitely come again!

This condo and vacation spot was everything we were hoping for and more. The stay at the condo was very comfortable and the beaches were beautiful! This is a place that we will be coming back to yearly with our family!!

1st time staying in Destin & reserving through VRBO. Condo was immaculately clean & the views & access to the beach were outstanding. Billie Jo & Cristina were both very responsive to questions I had before & during stay.
Cannot wait to come back here with our children & will definitely stay at the Silver Beach Towers again…just a bigger condo because we have a large family :)

The condominium itself and the location of Silver Beach Towers was very nice. The secondary bedroom bed slept better than the Master bedroom bed, however, both were ok. The sleeper sofa slept like any other sleeper sofa that we have experienced. Late in the week the Master bedroom TV seemed to turn off on its on. The cable box would get really warm. Christina was helpful to our requests. Would like to return sometime in the future and pray for better weather. Overall, a very nice stay.

This was our family’s first VRBO experience and everything was excellent! The communication was prompt and very informative. The check-in/check-out process was simple. And the property- oh my! This condo was beautifully decorated in a relaxed beach theme, and it was incredibly clean! The sixth floor balcony gave us amazing views of the beach and water. We walked to a couple of nearby restaurants and both golf and shopping were just a short drive away. The pool area was immaculate and the reserved beach chair system worked wonderfully. The parking garage was big enough for our full size pickup truck. We absolutely will try to stay at this property again if we travel back to Destin! Thanks for an excellent experience!

What a great condo…..clean, comfy and what a view!
Sadly, the weather and noise from a unit above made a few days not so fun, however…we made the best of it. Thanks again to Billie Jo, 605W is highly recommended

This condo is Beautiful with a Gulf Front View! Very clean, very nice furnishings and decorated with beach theme. Close to restaurants, shopping, the Harbor and entertainment. The host responds very quickly to all your messages.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving week in this beautiful, spotlessly clean condo. We liked the layout of the space, loved the fact that both bedrooms had big windows and balcony access, and thought the sixth-floor location was perfect. The owner was gracious and promptly answered every question we had before and during our stay.

Billy Jo was so easy to work with, the condo was clean and spacious. We felt safe it was located near all the things we wanted t do. The beach chairs were and added bonus. Our party concussed of two married couples this set up was great both couples had their own private space with the common spaces in the middle

Property was great! Linens and towels not very clean. Black mold around ice outlet on refrigerator and grout in shower.

This was the four year staying at this building but first year in this property. The building amenities are great with the pools being recently resurfaced. This property was cleaner and felt more updated than the other properties we stayed at in the same building. The kitchen had plenty of flatware and appliances and the bathroom had extra towels ( not for the beach). We enjoyed the balcony and had all our meals there. Overall a great property and stay.

Although our weather could have been better, we enjoyed our stay at this condo! The location was perfect, and waking up, having a cup off coffee as we stare into the endless gulf was perfect. This condo was very clean, and our host was easy to communicate with. Will stay again!

Everything was okay. Nothing really wowed me except for the view but nothing was really bad either. Loved the balcony as that is where most of our time there was spent.

This was our second time staying in this condo. Both times have been nothing short of excellent! Billie Jo is phenomenal, always immediately got back to me and even offered up some good restaurants for us to try. Condo is insanely clean, roomy, and absolutely incredible views from every single room! We’re already looking at our schedules to come back next year!

Condo was great, only a few minor problems, ice maker didn't work, there was a few lights that didn't work (and no bulbs to replace with). We had a great time and are already anticipating next year. Thanks
