Ce cottage de 121 m² vous invite à la détente avec un jardin, du mobilier d'extérieur et une terrasse privée où se retrouver autour d'un verre. Changement de décor ! De retour à l'intérieur, profitez des équipements suivants : Wi-Fi et télévision avec chaînes par câble ou par satellite.
Un salon, un barbecue, une cheminée et la climatisation équipent également cette location de vacances. Parmi les équipements de salle de bains, vous trouverez un sèche-cheveux, des serviettes et du savon. We’ve been to HS seven times using VRBO each time. This property is, by far, our favorite!. it was exactly as advertised and the quality of the cottage and location too downtown were both a “10”. This is now our “go to” property!

Great property with great owners. All our questions were answered quickly. Great location in Harbor Springs, easily walking distance to restaurants and water - even in the winter. House was warm, cozy and clean. Bathrooms have been redone and are in very good shape. We would certainly stay here again.

The Spinnaker Cottage was exactly what our family of five was looking for…very clean and well accommodated, 5-10 min walk to town and the water, quiet peaceful neighborhood! The renovations on the cottage look professionally done for a cohesive, cute craftsman style house. The cottage felt very homey and comfortable.
We walked to town everyday we were there for dinner at Piersons and Turkeys, and brunch at Cupola…all very good! Rodrigos was a short drive if you’re in the mood for Mexican, also very good! We went to Pond Hill Farms which is great for adults and kids alike, and hunted for Petoskey stones at the state park!
Highly recommend the cottage and the area for fall family fun!

This little house is the perfect mix of rich Harbor Springs history and beautifully updated features. 3 blocks from the heart of town, the quiet and quaint neighborhood is the perfect location. The 3 mattresses are fantastic, the kitchen is well equipped, and the indoor and outdoor fireplaces made for cozy gatherings. The host was very responsive. Such a gem!!

We loved this house and town so much last year we quickly rebooked for this summer! We've rented a decent number of houses over the years and I think this is the cleanest one I've stayed in. It's also a good mix of updates and old charm and proximity to town can't be beat. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of towels. Can't wait to return in the future!

Nice, quaint cottage in Harbor Springs. Close to lakefront downtown district, yet in a quieter location than the “main” street. Nice renovation with some old cottage quirks( creaky, squeaky staircase). Offers WiFi, central air and heat, fully furnished updated kitchen. Would recommend .

Great stay in Harbor Springs
Loved the house - it's a great location and a very nice rehab of an older home, updated with modern bathrooms and kitchen. Everything is very well done. There isn't a lot of outdoor living space with this house as it is located between a roadway directly in front, and a steep embankment in the back (there is no back yard), but we didn't end up really minding this as it's a short walk to everything the town of Harbor Springs has to offer, and there's lots of surrounding outdoor sites to enjoy just a short drive away. This was our first trip to Northern Michigan, and this house was a great place to enjoy as our home base.

Beautiful, clean and well appointed property. Walking distance to all of Harbor Springs shops and restaurants. Such a a great location for visiting Petoskey and Charlevoix. Owner was easy to work with. Can’t say enough positive things about this home.

Even though everything looks brand new, there are no chemical smells or anything like that, which she and I are very sensitive to. The beds and bedding were sooo comfortable and the window shades are divine! I love it to be very dark in the room when I sleep, and this is the first rental that I have been in that does this so well. I would highly recommend this rental for its proximity to town and its overall beauty and comfort. Plus, the price point is very competitive. I would say if you can keep your footprint down to two cars that would probably be preferable. There is street parking available but it’s not really the best option, especially in the winter.

Excellent stay in Harbor Springs
We enjoyed our stay in this cottage (couple with two older kids), which was a short drive to Highlands at Harbor Springs (formerly Boyne Highlands). Parts of it have been maintained and beautifully restored from when it was built in the early 1900s, while also modernized with modern fixtures and amenities. Beds were very comfortable. Super clean. All appliances newer and in good working order. Have a meal or two at Pierson’s and pick up some Tom’s Mom’s cookies! Downtown Harbor Springs is right there. We would happily stay here again.

It has a farmhouse type of feel to it particularly in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room (which are beautifully re-done). The bedrooms are great and mattress was one of the best we have ever slept on. We also loved the outside side deck/porch with the furniture and lighting and made good use of it during the day and evening.
We had a need to reach out to owners a couple of times before, during, and after our stay and found them to be extremely accessible and helpful. House is located one block away from the historical beautiful Main Street and made for some great strolls through town to shop, grab breakfast/dinner. The town is incredibly quaint and is located on one of the most scenic harbors that we have visited throughout our travels.
Would highly recommend this property.

Amazing location, very clean house and comfortable! Loved the newness of the remodel with all the old world charm still kept in tact. We walked to and from town and the beach daily. Location is also a great launch for mackinac island. Pond Holl Farm is a must see.

House is beautiful! Enjoyed the porches, grill for evening dinners, and the garage to store bikes and paddleboards. Look forward to staying here again.

Location, Location, Location! It is just a short walk to amazing restaurants and shops in Harbor Springs.
It was very clean and had everything our family of 5 needed for the week. Loved the decor! And the cozy outdoor space was our favorite spot for family games and happy hours.
