The motor home should be returned in the same condition it was picked up in. All fuel tanks, gas and LP tanks are full. Fresh water tank will be ½ full or less for less weight for driving but enough to get you to where you are going and to use sparingly or as need to wash and flush the toilet. Top off the fresh water tanks once you reach your destination or tap in to city water. Fuel tanks should be returned full. Most importantly is the gas tank to be returned full. To refill the LP tank will be a $40 min. charge. Gas will be charged at current pump rate ($4.99 and climbing per gallon todays rate). Waste Tanks The grey water and black water waste tanks have to be emptied before returning. If not able to it is a $50 pump-out charge. Wash Fee if she is returned dirty covered in mud and bugs there is a $50 washing cleaning fee. Cleaning Fee If the insides are trashed dirty carpets, windows, fridge, shelves, bathroom there is a $50 cleaning fee. The motorhome is a lot of fun and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
