My family of 4 had such an amazing vacation at this rental. The pool area was gorgeous and the location was perfect. We were so close to the beach which was just a few minute walk. Also a 5 min. Walk to Publix and cvs. I would highly recommend this property.

The location was terrific, a short walk to the beach and the pool was great. The living room area and bedrooms were all roomy and allowed us to spread out as needed. Loved it!

We loved it,
the only problem we found was the dryer was not working - which would not have been a big deal except it was reported on a past review so I presumed it would have been fixed as it was already reported in the past. Management responded promptly when I called which was great, so overall a great stay. Some beach chairs and beach accessories would be nice and I think could be provided for this somewhat pricey place.

The house is maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach, its so close! and the private pool was amazing when it was too hot to be out in the sun because it was perfectly shaded. The kitchen was equipped with all the cooking utensils you need, which we used every day. I really liked having the pool off the house so we could watch the kids play and get food ready. A solid choice for anyone with young kids, the property was perfect and we'll be back!

This is a great beach house in the best location! It’s great for kids! We stayed here a couple years ago and it did seem a bit run down now though. A few things were broken such as the Keurig, the dryer was barely working and some kitchen utensils and drawers all need to be replaced/fixed. We enjoyed our stay once again, just those few small things for the price point should be better maintained in my opinion.

Great location, the house has everything you need. One block from the beach and one block from the grocery store. The pool was great to enjoy at night. My only negative was it could have been a bit cleaner.

Wish this place is a secret because I don't want to share it with other people. The location is amazing, the house was great, the pool was a life-saver for two parents with hard-to-entertain kids. Honestly, this was one of the best vacations we've had thanks to this great home.

Wonderful property and cannot wait to be back!
We loved the proximity to the beach, how quick it was on and off the island, the great restaurants that were close, the pool was beautiful, the kitchen was better equipped than any rental we have ever used, the landscaping was spectacular. We took most of our vacation photos in the yard! One of the kitchen chair was broken and had been improperly repaired and the pool was low but the pool was fixed within 12 hour and was still clean and usable even before correction. This was the only reason I could not give 5 stars on cleanliness but the rest was very clean and sanitary. We loved it and are talking about coming back and renting both sides of the duplex for a larger gathering. The back yard can be opened up but you have some privacy once inside.

The management company was attentive and resolved the issue of the pool not heating due to leaves falling into the pool and stopping the water flow (the landscape around the pool is beautiful!). A bit of a disappointment when the pool was cold on a Sunday and it’s not a big enough issue to send someone out on a Sunday to fix it- when you are there only for a few days you’d like to take advantage of the pool every day. However, they did send someone out on Monday. Although the house in general was extremely clean I only gave it 4 stars for cleanliness because the front loading washing machine had been left wet and was disgustingly moldy. Need to make sure the cleaners clean and dry the washing machine before shutting its door.
There is a nice storage garage with beach toys, bicycles, chairs, etc. This was a nice surprise and super useful.
The house shares a wall with another home and you can hear the neighbors often, not even being loud, just being there, as I am sure they could hear us.
Overall a nice property to stay in to enjoy a beach vacation.

Amazing find, worth every penny!
The place was clean upon arrival, and very cozy. I can attest that the beds were very comfortable as well, being 7months pregnant I slept better here than at home! Not too soft but not firm at all. We were a little concerned about noise from the neighbors on the adjoining wall in the evening as they were quite rowdy, but the layout of the home makes it so you can’t hear them at all once you’re in the bedrooms so it was never a problem when it mattered! The pool was a haven from the heat of the afternoon as the landscaping keeps it well-shaded. It’s such a short walk to the beach you practically feel like you’re on the beach. Stunning water on the gulf, and great food options around. Owners were very responsive to emails as well and very kind. Next time we plan a beach vacation, we wouldn’t dream of booking anywhere else! So glad we found this spot!

Wonderful getaway
The house was clean and provided everything we needed. The pool was wonderful and the perfect retreat to get away. The house is on a busy road but the waterfall in the pool drowns out any road noise. The walk to the beach was short and easy. You do need to cross a busy street to get there, but we didn’t have any issues. The beach is close to the large public beach, so the area is a bit congested, but we had no trouble finding space to spread out at the beach, which was gorgeous. Overall a wonderful, relaxing vacation at a lovely house and pool.

Great house near the beach
This was our first trip to Holmes Beach, and our decision to stay at this property was one of the highlights. We had plenty of place to spread out with our teenagers and friends, and everyone really enjoyed the pool! Yes the pool gets a few items inside, but this is normal as the trees that surround it provide some extra shade that was necessary in July. We also enjoyed keeping the pool clean, it honesty doesn't take long to complete. The beds were comfortable, and it's in a great location with a short walk to the beach, Publix, CVS, Pizza, Ice Cream and the Trolley stop. We also used the bikes that were great!

My favorite place in AMI
This is our 5th time to rent from Linda and she is the best....always available if there is any question...and the place is location, location, location...walk to Publix, Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Dollar Store, Cupcake Store, Ace Hardware...amazing the number of places you can walk to including Skinny's (Best Hamburgers on AMI for sure and some say in all of Florida-they have a great HH also)...Already reserved for next year...

Superb property in a fabulous location on wonderful Anna Maria Island
Fully equipped property in a central location.
Parking for two cars. Garage full of beach equipment including beach cart and pool inflatables.
House beautifully finished in a beach style and kept very clean. The open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge is of a great size and plenty of space for the three generations of our family. Bedrooms were lovely and great to have a family bathroom and en-suite bathroom which meant that we didn’t all have to wait for one bathroom during our stay. There was plenty of bathroom towels and even beach towels for the pool area.
Would definitely recommend this property and would come back to this property on our return to Anna Maria Island.
