We enjoyed being very close to the trail that leads into the Bank of NH Pavilion, as we had tickets to attend a concert there. Super convenient. The beach area looks real nice; we didn't get to use it because it rained most of the weekend. It's a short drive to Weirs Beach, etc.

Parking lot can fill up, but this was a minor concern, since our designated spot was always open for us.

Close to a nice private beach

Uncomfortable couch & bed pillows were awful. Minimal soap. No tissues. Walls are thin, hearing people moving things back & forth early hours of the morning woke us up. No beach towels.

i thought the price was a little steep for what we had . you had to drive to beach . it was accross the street but you had to get out of the complex we were in . we were in the far end of the 2nd building from the road not an easy walk at all for a 71 yr old and a 69 yr old with hip and back problems and copd with asma
