Un buen lugar, cerca de la mejor playa.
la ubicación cerca de ocean drive y la playa. Sector muy tranquilo. El departamento muy bien. En genral bien equipado, la cocina completa, bien equipada. Todo en perfecto estado. Cafetería con café, té y azucar, listo para disfrutar.
La piscina en mal estado. A pesar que en el anuncio de booking la promueven, estuvo toda nuestra estadía, 7 días, sin funcionar por falta de limpieza en el agua. Cosa que puedes arreglar en un día.

Disappointing
- The refund the money for the nights we did not stay after we left after spending one night
Three things were unacceptable: - The apartment does not match the pictures - There was a very annoying, constant noise coming from the bathroom ventilation system (and the toilette is just near the bedroom, so all night long hearing the noise) - The modem and IT system is in the living room, and there is a sign near it saying something like: "if you unplug the modem, the IT system collapse and an IT technician wil have to come and reset it, and you'll be fine 500 USD". No kidding. Having a 4 year old child, we could not risk staying there as he would have unplugged it sooner or later. It was super accessible to kids.

Appartement spacieux et agréable
Appartement bien décoré et équipé, grand, bien situé
La résidence (ascenseur en panne, escaliers abîmés) et l’appartement mériteraient un rafraîchissement (peintures, salles de bain)

It is convenient that there is a kitchen and everything necessary for cooking and washing and drying things. THAT'S GREAT! The mattress on the bed is good. The bathroom is also good, although many parts need renovation.
Cold floor, looks dirty, not comfortable. Not too bad, if the details are finalized it will be good. The first thing is to at least cover the floor with linoleum. The children's bed is not comfortable and the child did not want to sleep in it. It should be bigger and better - it doesn't cost much. You can put a blanket on the sofa, which can be changed after guests. Little things like that would make a big difference.

The property is very well located. Close to the beach, close to restaurants and nightlife.
The property is slightly dated. The check in was brutal. I had requested early check in and it was declined, totally acceptable. What was not acceptable was the fact that we got there 15 min early and had to wait until 4 pm exactly. The gate to the outside opened but we found out later the lock was broken and not fixed.

Dirty property, not for kids, only for party on spring break
Location was great. That´s the only good thing about this property...
Check-in didnt work, we had to wait long time with my family and all luggage in front of building. We had two small kids, stroller and lot of luggage, and they gave us 3rd floor! The elevator was out of order. They promised us ground floor, but we got 3rd floor. Rooms were dirty, bathrooms looked terrible. We wanted some extra service (early check-in, late check-out, parking), but nothing was possible. This property is good only for parties in spring break. Not for familes!
