this place was phenomenal for my work trip to Santa Cruz. The location was great, I didn't have any trouble finding parking on the street (in November) and it was an incredibly comfortable place to be based. the kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, knives, etc... and even had a dishwasher! It also had a very large sink, which was lovely.

It would have been great if the kitchen had Tupperware and/or tin foil etc... or something to help save leftovers more easily. But it wasn't a big inconvenience not to have this.

nice, high quality interior quite street near the sea it was possible to cook and had an oven

Not at all like the pictures. No AC, very noisy, we could clearly hear the other tenants. We ended up going to a hotel.

only a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk and wharf

it needs some attention toilet seat loose door handle fell off in my hand front door was tricky

How private it was, amd close to the boardwalk and beach

The Parking was aweful

This was a great place to stay in a good neighborhood literally blocks from the wharf and boardwalk. Checking in and out was seamless. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were extra linens and the place was really clean and comfortable.

The 10 am checkout time is rather early.
