Main Bedroom stunk of cigarettes. Clearly someone had been smoking in it before us (we even found a cigarette filter tip under the bed). The seats in the lounge have marking / stains that need attention. Key that was left in the safe had no fob for the alarm system and we had security Knocking on our door within minutes of us entering the property. Had a cover the sensor up to stop from going off. On a positive the caravan was well heated and the two bathrooms came in very handy.

No towels,bedding, tea towels £60 extra for this!!
Burglar alarm went off all day

The place was very good although the beds were very small for adults

Overall enjoyed our holiday don’t understand why activities aren’t included in the price of holiday also not happy with certain incidents due to travellers.

Easy location to find. Through barriers at security to caravan which is easily signed. Good parking next to caravan. Bus routes into Skegness on site. Only issue is I have a sign written van for my work which I would of used, but stated in terms I couldn't. However, there were sign written vans parked outside a couple of caravans ( not working on property ) Overall very good experience.

The caravan was really clean,lovely,everything what you need to feel it like at home. We enjoyed a lot , lovely live music for adults and children day and evening,many playgrounds lakes to keep the children busy and happy,indoor pool. Everything was more then we expected,lovely place for a break with a lot of fun 😍

We had a great stay even though covid was about. The caravan was clean and tidy and easy to find. The club house wasn't a covid friendly place as the masks weren't policed properly. We would gladly use this site and caravan again. Thanks for our stay

Really enjoyed our family get away here , accommodation was perfect,clean, affordable for families, great location , really want to book same caravan again so booking soon., only downside was the bar and service but that’s no fault of the accommodations at al.

The caravan is so clean, tidy & modern, One of the nicest caravans I've stayed in it has everything you need for your stay, the park is also lovely, I will definitely be staying here again :)

Caravan park was huge and extremely clean with easy access to bus routes into skegness. £4.50 per adult for a day rider it takes you into the main bus station where you can access buses to Ingoldmells etc. Was nice to leave the car behind and know it was safe
