This condo is perfect for multi family. If I had to suggest anything it would be provide kitchen towels and dish clothes. We had a great time.

The place was amazing exactly what we expected. Unit is nice, large, easy to move about even with a group of 9. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed the condo , it was room enough for 7 of us comfortably. But the 2 master bedrooms are in need of new mattresses. A recliner would be a nice touch to add.

Great location and management

This was our first time to Panama City and we will definitely be back! The condo was as listed….and served the purpose for a one week family vacation. The washer wasn’t working the first night … I emailed the host and the next day a repair man came out and fixed it…. I was impressed ! We enjoyed being on the 3rd floor… but sitting outside on the balcony was nearly impossible due to a couple of rowdy neighbors. But… not our hosts fault. All in all.. it was a very nice week.

We enjoyed our stay and the condo fit our needs perfectly. The only issue we had was the washer and dryer combo unit is very noisy. It still functions, just loud. We had no long waits for the elevators. Parking was super easy and plenty of parking spaces. This was a very quite community and made for a relaxing trip. We would recommend and stay at this unit again.

This was absolutely a perfect stay for our family. It was quiet, friendly and relaxing. My 88 yr old mother sat on the deck and watched us in the pool and on the beach. She felt like she was involved in it all. The condo itself is completely redecorated and felt like a home. The beds were all comfortable with nice linens. The sitting area was comfortable and we played many games around the table. It’s really as gorgeous as the pics. We loved having the three bedrooms and private baths. The pool has a small snack shop/bar and we walked to a couple nearby happy hours. The people were very friendly. The pool had taller chairs and chaises. It looks as though the rest of the condo is beginning to be updated as well. We highly recommend this for family trips. The beach was gorgeous and the man renting the chairs was great. Jet ski rentals and banana boy rides right out front too.

I booked this for a last-minute getaway. I chose it because of the furnishings style, the proximity to the beach and the price point. I had been looking at more expensive properties that didn’t have an ocean view. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting it to be all that great… I was just hoping it would be “acceptable”. I was very pleasantly surprised – it was excellent! This rental is not opulent. However, the unit was very clean. The appliances and furnishings are in good condition with a nice beachy style. The view was terrific. The pool and spa were very clean. We had the patio doors open for most of our stay so we could listen to the waves --- and we didn’t have to worry about crowd noise. The pictures provided in the rental listing are accurate. This condo is in an older area… but the condition of the property was very good. When compared to other areas closer to Pier Park or Seaside, we found this location to be quieter and we could easily get to shopping and restaurants without the stagnant traffic. The beach in the panhandle this time of year is not as busy as the summer – but in some places there are still huge crowds. The beach outside of this condo had a few people on it throughout the day – but no big crowds. A building like this on the ocean takes a beating and weather/salt air can ruin the facilities very quickly if not properly maintained. The property is an older building, but the maintenance staff is excellent – you will see them every day quietly going about their business of keeping the building, the pool, the landscaping, etc. in top condition. For a condo that is rented much of the year, we were very happy with the overall condition. The only improvement I suggested to the management company was updating the dishes and cookware – they’re looking a bit overused.

My family and I have vacation in PCB for several years. The Watercrest condo is the best, location. We had great time. Hope to return next year.

Ease in rental process, pleased with condo. Our only complaint was the low height of toilets and slow running drains. We all loved condo and do plan on returning.

Have never stayed at Water Crest, this was our first time staying in this unit on PCB, we usually stay at the condo 2 blocks down, this place was very roomy for all of our family, would definitely stay here again, the condo is very nice and updated, and this place is to convenient to everything, really like the fact that they keep this building super clean, they clean the stairwells, elevators, pool area daily, they keep it secured daily, the elevators worked perfectly, and love being on the 3rd floor, didn’t have any noise from the pool area at all! Will be staying here again next year! So glad to find this place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location, one of best views of ocean I have ever had, close to everything. It was really as described. I will say the ice maker is a normal freezer unit, not a stand alone. There was an ice vending machine on the property though so we did not really have to leave for anything. If we didn’t want to.

This place was just as advertised, clean, beach access was nice, 3 floor a plus. Separate elevator for 1st 6 floors. Never waited for elevator. Will stay there again.

had some minor issues which were addressed as soon as reported. However, the condos were severely policed and made all staying there uncomfortable. no playing in pool and guards were strict to point of rude. 1 homeowner was very angry and rude to renters. Would stay again if not in this condo tower and elevators on both ends were out

This was the worst, nastiest, place we’ve ever stayed And cost double! Broken leg on the couch, freezer door completely broken unusable, no ice maker, patio screen door full of hazardous holes. One king bed had hollowed sides! Nasty floors, countertops, bathrooms etc. balcony is a hazardous for babies! Disappointed is not enough to say!

I felt a little cramped with our four adults and two children. The ceiling height in the bathrooms was low, just a little above the door molding. Problems: the couch was missing a leg so the left side was on the floor and the right side was about five inches higher (this I thought was unacceptable), the ice maker didn't work, the freezer door handle kept coming unattached and the cable in the two queen bedroom didn't work. A call to the rental agency produced no results when I made a complaint. There was not one extra trash bag, two dishwasher tabs, no detergent for the washer and a minimum of toilet paper -- all in all not a big deal but for this amount of money I would expect a little more. I thought bath towels were low quality, barely big enough to dry off. On the plus side the dishwasher, washer and dryer worked well and ran quiet. Some people might like it but the 3rd floor balcony being right above the pool was pretty noisy when sitting out. I thought the exterior and design of the building was really nice and the condo maintenance staff was very active keeping up the exterior.

Watercrest, in my opinion, is one of the best kept secrets in PCB. I’ve been going there to different units throughout the last 14 years. The only issue that I had with this unit, #304, was the cleanliness of this unit. The floors were filthy. They didn’t appear to have been mopped in a while. My comforter had food on it. 😳I just pushed the comforter to the side. I had to wash the pillow covers and blanket because they stunk. 🤦🏻‍♀️I’m sure that the cleaners are pushed extremely hard to get their units clean in a timely manner but mopping the floors and washing the bed covers is essential to an inviting atmosphere. Before I left I washed all of the towels with exception of maybe three and two wash cloths. I swept and cleaned the sinks and counters. I’m not extremely picky but cleanliness is a necessity for me.
