Demasiado parecida a una habitación juvenil, con todas las comodidades que uno podría pedir estado solo, el personal muy bueno y relajado.

El único detalle insignificante es que no tenía pilas el control de la pantalla pero cosa de nada jajaja

El trato del recepcionista terrible, grosero, poco sociable, y muy pesima forma de atender al husped, nos trato pesimo por decirlo de la mejor forma, nunca estaba en su recepcion, para que te abra la puerta se tartaban mas de 20 min. Y tenia uno que esperar a que apareciera.

Muy agradable la habitación, funcionaba bien el aire acondicionado, la ducha y el wifi

My room was very comfy. I loved having my own fridge and microwave and bathroom. The room and bathroom were pretty modern looking, and the bed was super comfortable. And the AC was top notch. Great location near the mercado and right across the street from the riverfront. They are remodeling the riverfront, making a gorgeous walkway with plants and benches, so that will be amazing once it is finished!!

The restaurant reopening will be great - it looks cute. The receptionist has to let you in or out (people or cars) which is a little odd. I hope they figure out a key system to come and go, because it seems like too much work for nice guy who seemed to be working all the time.

Lo que me gustó de más fue la tranquilidad, desconexión de todo, el aire acondicionado muy bien, agua fría y caliente también. El tamaño de la habitación era perfecta, no me puedo quejar.

Creo que hay que limpiar más a profundo ciertas áreas, en si la habitación NO estaba sucia, al contrario estaba limpia, pero hay que limpiar más a profundo.

I stated in a small single room which was cozy. The bed was super comfy, I think a body forming mattress. It was amazing. Air con was great. Hot water , fridge , all good. Edy was attentive and made things comfortable.

I didn’t like the fact that you had to get Edy to unlock the outside door so you could go out. The entrance facing the Malecón was closed due to construction, so you had to enter and exit through the parking lot. When the Malecón opens , I think it will be easier.

Very good location. About 12 min walk to ADO bus station and few mins to the main mercado. Beds were comfortable and AC was cold.

The main entrance to the hotel is closed while the boardwalk is under construction. Entrance and Exit is through the parking lot entrance down the back street and you need to ring a bell to get in and out.

Room is small..nothing like in the description ...had to insist on getting free water as advertised. ..there was no microwave.. eventually got one from another room...then we didn't have any water in the hotel for 2 days ...had to insist on getting some water in container to wash and flush toilets..there was nothing coming from the staff. ..continual liars being dished out...the owner Alejandro agreed to refund me 1 night as compensation, gave him my credit card details.This refund to this day (29 May 2023) has not been done and has not even had the courtesy to reply to my messages. Not happy...

Narrow stairs to room. Area appeared to be red light district. No hot water. One power outlet for fridge OR microwave. One staff who locked place down when he left.. no way out! Locked inside property until after 7am

The location, a delivery driver stopped and told us this was a dangerous area, there were some very tuff looking individuals hanging around on the streets, it was also dark outside.

There was Netflix and A/C.

Unsafe area and impossible to access by car after dark due to construction on the street (my taxi driver told me he did not feel comfortable dropping me off nearby and having me walk), horrible smell in bathroom, stains on sheets and holes in the walls, shower sprayed water everywhere and no hot water, wasn’t given the wi-fi, staff was uncommunicative and unfriendly, and I woke up with bug bites everywhere. I’m probably missing something but that’s everything I can think of right now. Absolutely terrible in every way.

It was comfortable and felt safe and the staff were helpful and went to get us water from oxxo.

My only complaint is that there was no water in the morning so that was kind of a big problem.

This hotel is situated in an area where ladies walk the streets, and the ladies are brought here. Hence it is party all night. Impossible to sleep. The staff did not help us.

I can say that I enjoyed my stay, the hotel staff was kind and helpful. After a long day outside, the rooms with air conditioning help a lot :)

There was a road construction going on in front of the hotel. That’s why the restaurant part is not active. It doesn’t affect your stay but you don’t have a view due to the construction unfortunately.

Mattress was old and through. "Deluxe" single room was built-in right between the entrance and the lobby, with no proper closing door, zero soundproofing, no window but constant light from common area. Allows for seleep only after the last guest has gone to bed and until the first of the other guests gets up.

The room is cozy and fully equipped.

Description: inner courtyard view, it was a car park with a view of the garbage bags, there was a seating area, a table and some chairs in the inner courtyard but I didn't see it till I was leaving. No refrigerator, no ironing facilities, no iron, microwave. My room was up a very narrow, rickity iron stair case.not on the ground floor. Definitely not wheel chair accessable.. no board games/puzzles, I don't know if there was a carbon monoxide sensor. I didn't see hand sanitiser., No patio The desk isn't occupied all the time, no bell, you have to know, and that is assuming someone is there. Can't get into the main building, they have to let you in. I was waiting on the front steps for nearly 45 minutes in the heat and humidity, only got in because someone else had arranged to book in...the owner came from the street ...didn't go out again, didn't want to be sitting on the steps after dark....or in the heat of the day. If I was going to stay there longer, I would have packed up and left Also, advertise breakfast and lunch....No breakfasts or lunches....

the room is full of mold and there was a bed bug in my bed!! got a completely different room than shown doesn’t have a window to open basically it’s a scam, they have nice photos and it seems clean but the mattress itself was also way too old and you could hear everything- not sure if it was a dog from another room or rats in the morning on the ceiling STAY AWAY!

Best bed I've slept in in Mexico. Great shower, ac, tv with Netflix. Everything worked nicely

arriving at night - the place was boarded shut and it was not a nice area to be stranded outside. the room was accessed via a spiral staircase which was steep and narrow - especially with luggage! almost died coming down it in the morning. room was okay but damp on floor and behind beds. rained in night and water came under the door.
