not maintained beautiful property ,worst kitchen no food available in vicinity, small 10 X 10 rooms unable to move around , watch you step when you move around the night lot of venomous snakes around.

worst place to stay ,unhygienic and none of the staff speak any other language other then local language, waste of money,rooms stink and hardly 100 square feet in size ,dirty linen ,no hot water to take bath mould on the walls

The gate keeper was super-nice and helpful. the property is located just outside town which makes it quiet, but still with easy access to town (you need a vehicle)
the bedsheets and the one towel provided were not clean.
the breakfast staff hardly speaks English which resulted in wrong orders. breakfast wasn’t particularly good either.
the whole place has a rundown, sad feel to it.

You don't get food post 9pm. Restaurant closes at 9pm. Frequent power cuts. Food is Average. Cost is more for a Stay

Though Breakfast offers very little variety, still the preparation, Quality and Taste is very Good.
Even the Lunch and Dinner is also very good.
Wifi / Internet was not available at the rooms.
Even the signal of the mobile is also very week which makes it a bit difficult .

The Environment associated with this property. Close to nature.
The property location and distance from the chikmagalur town is wrongly mentioned. This misinformation messed up our plan.
Besides this, the behavior of the staffs are not upto the mark atall.

zero maintenance. Rooms are dirty, No bed comfirt. Food quality is not upto mark.

The hotel location is good. There is ample of parking space. The staff is pretty helpful.
Breakfast is served only after 9:00 am. The flush in the toilets is poor condition. In the rooms door curtain is missing hence no way to make it dark during night. Some rooms have solar hot water , that doesn't work.

Excellent staff, very helpful. Good location, on main road itself. Close proximity to all places. Reasonable price. Good food. Hot water and huge dining, parking available.
No small play area for kids. Food menu could be improved.

Good location. If well maintained, this could be a prime property. Most staff were polite, except manager.
Manager was not at all courteous.
No phone in room. Long queue to get breakfast. No timely refills. There was no power for quite some time on 24th Dec night.

Room service could be better. Morning tea /coffee could be made available from 6.am. communication from room to reception are not available. They stored the credit card details and deducted room charges in full two days in advance without information to us

Very cooperative staff, clean rooms, ample parking space, reasonable room tariffs, well maintained garden, no noise pollution
This was previously a privately owned resort thus facilities were truly 3 star. I hope KSTDC maintains it properly as other KSTDC properties are lacking in many areas.
