Great communications with host. Easy check-in. Condo was absolutely spotless. Comfortable beds, soft linens, beautiful views, safe location - what more could you ask for! Would not hesitate to book again!

My wife and her friend stayed here for a girls' getaway and they loved it. Peaceful and beautiful location and the condo was well furnished with everything they could need. She wants to make this a regular place to stay when we visit family there! We had to extend the stay due to some car trouble and the owner was great to work with. Excellent on all levels.

Perfect for a relaxing stay. The condo was clean and much larger than it appears in the pictures. The space was cozy and peaceful and equipped with all the little extras that made this an awesome space for our anniversary. The location is perfect. It was close to shopping areas and restaurants yet tucked away from busy streets. We will definitely visit again.

This gorgeous condo is centrally located in Hot Springs.
We had everything we needed, and the owner Wendy was very prompt with her communications. Our favorite part was viewing the lake from the covered back porch.
We plan to return again. We give Wendy and her property an A+ from two retired school teachers!!!

Overall, very enjoyable. Couple of smal things: there were no Kleenex in the room. Only 2 roles of toilet tissue, adequate for our 2 night stay but could have been ptoblem

Ms Wendy was prompt and assisted us prior to our arrival. As soon as you open the door, the open floor plan and views were Heaven! We will be returning soon.

We loved it! Wendy’s property is one of the best we’ve stayed at while in Hot Springs! Everything was clean and we loved how spacious it is! Location is perfect! Actually feels quite secluded while at the same time being just right off the road. Loved the ground floor patio! A lot of coffee got drank out there! Thank you so much for allowing us the use of your beautiful condo! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come again!

Wonderful Lakeside Getaway
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, spacious, right on the lake and very conveniently located. My kids loved being able to walk out the door to fish off the dock. The owner was very responsive. Like other reviewers mentioned, there is a VERY steep driveway down to the house but it's doable. I was able to drive my suburban down there and park in the designated parking space without a problem. We will definitely be back!

Pleasant diversion inspire of rain and cold.
My wife works primarily at home and has been more home bound than normal due to COVID protocols. I decided to get her out of the house, and brought along our long-time friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Lake Hamilton and Hot Springs. The property was as promised and more. We will be back at some point in the future!!!!

A cozy, comfortable retreat from Covid life...
We arrived and were blown away immediately by the homey feel of the condo and a gorgeous sunset you have to see to believe. Wendy thought of everything you could need and it was perfect for our young adult children and ourselves to hibernate and recharge over Thanksgiving. The outdoor space allowed us to visit family safely with Covid looming over everyone's head and the large, open space allowed us to have doors open for fresh air as extra precaution with the perfect temperatures. WE WILL be back to stay, hopefully during the summer to be able to play in the water and enjoy the view! THANK YOU for sharing your space with us. It was a blessing to be able to stay there and a very reasonable rate.

Spacious condo with awesome view
We had a wonderful relaxing time at the condo. The condo was extremely clean and had a very spacious open floor plan. The view of the lake was awesome. The owner Wendy was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. WE WILL BE BACK. 5 Star experience!!

Great condo on lake
This condo was great. Everything was clean And new! Kitchen was fully stocked, extra towels, linens, really anything you could ever need! It sits directly on the lake as well and the condo itself is super spacious! The back patio is huge! There is also a dock right off the patio that is perfect for watching the sunset on. Wendy was always quick to respond to any question. I would definitely stay here again!
