Appartamento perfetto dotato di tutto il necessario, adatto sia a coppie che a famiglie. Ambienti grandi e ben arredati. Cucina grande e fornita di tutto (elettrodomestici, piatti, stoviglie, lavatrice, pentole varie). Ottima pulizia in tutti gli ambienti. Proprietario disponibile e molto comunicativo.

La propreté . Les propriétaires super accueillants et disponibles. La pâtisserie a environ. 5 min à pied qui est délicieuse. Il y a des commerces autour . Appartement bien équipé. Les lits ultra spacieux. Des TV partout dans l appartement.
On ne peut rien poser dans la douche. Il manque d un porte shampooing.
Ascenseur en panne lors de notre séjour. Donc pas évident pour les 3 étages.

Excellent location, very clean and spacious
The host is absolutely phenomenal. Provided us with places to go eat, places to see, recommend shopping and all other activities. Hands down recommend, we had our own parking spot, everything was just perfect.

Geat hospitallity, sparkling clean, personal welcome from Elia who gave us lots of tips where to eat and what to do.
There is also a parking spot at the property which we really appreciated.
35 minutes walking to the city centre, 20 mins to the ferry, 10 mins from here is a small brewery.
Coffee, tea and water were available in the kitchen.
I recommend to stay.

We were in Livorno for one night as we took the early morning ferry to Sardinia. The apartment is located a short distance from the port. Before arriving at the apartment we had via WhatsApp uncomplicated contakt to our host Elia. Since we were stuck in traffic, we could not keep the planned arrival time, but Elia was totally flexible, so we had no stress. He received us when we arrived at the apartment. The apartment is located in an apartment complex and we had a private parking space just a few meters from the apartment. The apartment is large, nicely furnished, very clean and sleeps six. Therefore, it was not a problem that we did not arrive with 2 people as communicated by booking.com, but with 5 people. Also here Elia was super flexible. He also gave us tips for restaurants in Livorno, parking and a place for coffee and pastries for the crossing the next morning. Overall the stay was fantastic and if we are in the area again we will be happy to return. Thank you so much for everything.
