We loved the location as it was close to the Village, close to downtown Collingwood, and close to Scandinave Spa.

The room was excellent, great size and comfort and bathroom was really nice. Whole property feels like new. Convenient parking. Didn't use the pool but it looked great and was open until 11PM. Staff were incredibly positive and friendly. The breakfast was FANTASTIC - waffles, eggs and omelettes, sausage, cereal, fruit, baked goods, great OJ... came down at 9:35 (closes at 10AM) and they were fully stocked and still stocking fresh food and coffee. Overall really great. My son wanted us to stay another night (and skip school lol).
It's kind of in the middle of nowhere. There's a movie theatre next door which is great if you want to send the kids off to do something :) but it is essentially in a big box / auto shop neighbourhood (breakfast room overlooks the lovely Home Depot). No restaurants really within walking distance and you aren't inspired to walk around the neighbourhood. However, we were just there to sleep, eat breakfast and then go skiing, so it was great for us.

The staff was friendly and helpful all the time and the breakfast was very good with lots of variety of food to choose from! The pool was a hot for the kids as well.

Great room. Pleasant staff. Good location. Great free breakfast - A far cry from other places we've stayed at in Orillia. It's evident why they've been recognized by their community as top of class.
There was nothing. It really was a great location. We'll stay again when the opportunity .comes up. .

Everything was clean and fresh and we liked the streaming service on tv
The air conditioning could only be set as low as 18.5 in our room so it was quite warm, and the coffee maker wasn't functional

We did not like the property and we will never stay there again.
The property is advertised as a non smoking property. When we arrived, the room reeked of cigarette smoke and air sanitizer that was intended to cover up the smell of cigarette smoke. The staff did not take the concern seriously and were unable to provide us with a new room until the next day. We spent a very uncomfortable night and our child coughed throughout the night. We do not recommend this property.

The breakfast was exceptional. There was a good variety of hot and cold breakfast foods. The dining area was very clean and well-attended.
The washroom in our room had a shower and no bathtub: I had requested there be no bathtub but I had asked that the washroom facility should be accommodated. I was disappointed that there was only one handlebar in the shower area. Because I have balance/ mobility issues, three bars + on the walls of the shower stall would have been very helpful. This is the only thing that could have been improved with regard to our whole stay.
