Location is good. Right under the rock and next to the lake

At breakfast they charged extra for coffee. Wanted to cancel the booking and book direct Jacuzzi dirty, water yellow, jacuzzi in the room very slow to fill and not very hot. Rooms very small.

The view is amazing and the food quality is good for the value. The decoration of the place is astonishing, simple but it's well thought. The rooms are comfortable.

The staff from the restaurant was great, but the ones in charge of accommodation, not so much (they were not friendly or helpful when you had any doubt). Some of the "private" rooms don't offer any privacy, they're literally in the entrance door. The food from the restaurant was good but the menu had just a few options. There's no WiFi, which is a huge downside, bearing in mind this is a place located in the city.
