this is our third time staying at Waterscape. we love the location and all the pools and lazy river.

We loved that the property was very kid friendly. It also had several different pools to play in. It is walking distance to shops and food.
The room we stayed in B326 could use a little updating and a deep cleaning. It was a long haul to the beach.

we arrived late and it took an hour to get someone on the phone because our door code wouldn’t work.

I liked the pool area with the food stand.
I didn’t like how far I had to walk to get to the beach. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The room was ok, but over priced for the little nicks and stains they had in places. It should be upgraded for the price we paid.

The location and amenities in walking distance
No staff available . Had to change the coded twice had to call security twice. Know wash clothes to bath with. Called asked for some they shoes up right before we were leaving.

The bed was awesome. Honestly, the amenities here are what make it awesome. A room is a room when you are on vacation as long as the bed is comfortable, the A/C works and you can access good food nearby.
A little overpriced compared to other rooms, but nice otherwise.
