The location was nice

I could not sleep for 3 nights because the freezer was making so much noise it kept both is us up. The person who usually look at service requests was on vacation but they did not have anyone to fill in for him. I do not feel that I should have to call every day and text every day to make sure somebody is looking into this problem and have to go for three days without sleep. We should get compensated for some of the days that we did not get sleep due to the fact that nobody was covering for the man while he was on vacation. The chair in the facility was awful. It was so uncomfortable it was better to sit on the floor.

Die Ausstattung war sehr schön. Der Strand war nicht sehr weit entfernt.

I loved the cleanliness and comfort, having the kitchen & washer & dryer, proximity to beach, and pool/hot tub…

No hot water in apt. Water bottles and more staples in kitchen to cook with like cooking oil would be nice. Late check in time but liked the option of earlier, just good to know when you are traveling.

Absolut Schönes Appartement Super schön eingerichtet, Handtücher in großer Menge, unerwartete Dinge Kosmetikartikel, Eis Maker, schöner Balkon (nach Süden) Meer sichtbar. Sehr angenehme Klimaanlage Alles sauber. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, es war leider ausgebucht. Der Anbieter Condos ist sehr hilfreich.

Das Bett, bequem aber bei jeder Bewegung stößt das Kopfteil an die Wand, die Blech Deco Leuchten scheppern. Dusche abenteuerlich. Bad kann ein Update gebrauchen.

It was well organized super cute, had stuff for people coming and going like food and water.

It wasn’t well cleaned. The shower had pubic hair on the sides and/or hair as well, the sheets weren’t as clean as the couch. The couch was decent.

Love the location! It's a comfortable size for a family of 6. There are lots of places to sit. My son slept on the sofa (he didn't feel the need to use the sofa bed) for 2 nights and was comfortable for him. Easy to get in an out of. The location next to the pool was great. Loved the balcony. The condo is as pictured. We stayed during the week at the end of summer, so the price was lower and just right. Quick drive to beach and near the stores, gas station, and restaurants. Master has large shower. Has washer dryer, which comes in handy. Tons of towels. The complex has a rinsing station at the pool for yourself and another rinsing station for your personal belongings at different location. This came in handy to rinse off our chairs and umbrellas, so we didn't take the sand back home.

The biggest reason why I gave it an 8 and not a 10 is that the blankets provided are as thin as a sheet. So I was freezing. Only 2 slightly thicker blankets were provided, and one was for my son who slept on the couch. The other one we gave to my kids. I had to get a thicker blanket so that I could sleep comfortably at night. I feel like this should be mentioned in the description and then sent as a reminder so that people can bring their own if needed. There was also no trash can in master. This was a minor thing, but it did make it a little inconvenient to remember to go to trash can in the kitchen if needed. Plus, some of the trash that goes in the trash after using the restroom should remain there and not have to walk through common areas of condo to throw away (for woman hint hint). Also some of the condo could use some well done touch ups. Looks like patches have been done here and there but very sloppy. Not a big deal since condo still in decent condition.

The location was very close to the beach.

The apartment furniture needs to be replaced or deep cleaned. The couch and lounge chair had clean visible stains.
