The surroundings were beautiful. There was so much natural beauty. We saw wildlife and a beautiful rainstorm.

The drive in was treacherous. The cabin was not clean..dirty floors, food under the bed and on top of the fridge, no window trimmings, so it was really hot, the grill was in awful shape.

The location was extremely difficult to access. I was unaware that a 4-wheel vehicle was needed prior to booking my stay. I did not become aware of it until I received an email with my key door code which was too late to do anything about it. The drive to the cabin was very steep and on a dusty potted road at the very end.

The air conditioner went out in the cabin and it got to 90 degrees with us inside and 115 degrees outside. I called the management company and let them know the a/c wasn't working. They sent out three people over a span of 3.5 hours before agreeing with us and moving us to another cabin, also on the same road with a steep driveway. With four people, two of which were children, it was difficult to have to pack everything up that we had already unpacked and repack, reload the car, and move to the new location in extremely difficult heat inside and out.

I loved the location ,fire pit and the openness of the cabin.

I wish there was more trash cans , two for 5 days during thanksgiving was a challenge . Also there is a infestation of squirrels.

Loved the whole house and location. Very enjoyable.

The beds were ok. But could have been more comfortable. We found someone's pony tail in the bed .That made us feel like the sheets had not been changed or washed. So we washed them before we slept I N them.
