The condo was beautifully decorated, clean with a great location-just a few steps away from the beach. Kevin kindly provided additional restaurant recommendations and activities. Kevin & Ashley came to replace a chair during our visit & were I and out quickly & just as pleasant in person as via email. I highly recommend this gorgeous condo-it has everything you need! 5 stars!

I give this property all fives. We loved the spaciousness, the proximity to the beach, the kitchen that was fully loaded with everything we needed to cook, and the comfortableness of the beds and pillows. The only caveat would be the very noisy renters one level above us that kept us awake at all hours.

I am not sure where to begin. Everything about this stay for our long weekend was truly the best. From the fully stocked home to the access to the beach to the views - truly amazing! The owners are extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. We will definitely be booking again!

We arrived Sunday evening to begin our week together. First impression was awesome. Arrival instructions were on point! Beautiful coastal decor, well appointed and equipped. The attention to detail was obvious. We had mostly sunny beach days. Great location with easy access to the beach. Very short walk. We ate out each night - dined in Morehead and Beaufort. Easy access to each location. Grabbed pizza on our last night to go. Would gladly stay here again. Perfect for our family of six adults. Loved sitting on the porch with coffee or wine watching the ocean each day.

This place is decorated beautiful. Lots of space for the six of us. Beautiful View. Two minor things which one cannot be fixed is the parking. Larger vehicles SUV tight squeeze. Only other thing I would fix would be Queen Size bed not very comfortable as you roll right in middle. Other than that everything was perfect. We will definitely be back.

Condo is very nice and very comfortable. Equipped with everything we needed for long weekend (or longer, for that matter). Very accessible to restaurants, easy and short drive to Havelock / MCAS Cherry Point. Great beach access. Definitely visit again!

This property was perfect! The kitchen is stocked better than my kitchen at home!! The furniture and linens were cozy and comfortable! Enough seating for our large family! The deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks! The proximity to the beach was perfect! We LOVE this place and will definitely rent again! The owners were responsive and easy to work with! Perfect getaway to the perfect place!

We had a great experience at this property! The inside was clean, comfortable and very conducive to spending time together. The owners are very friendly, responsive and provided all information needed in a great welcome book. The beach access is right across the street and made coming and going super easy. We would stay here again!

Soul Refreshing
We visited Half Shelled for a short weekend getaway to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday at the beach. We absolutely enjoyed our stay, so many wonderful and comfortable added touches that made our experience all the more special. When considering Half Shelled, you absolutely won’t be disappointed. Great extended family get away.
We had a fantastic time. The property was very clean. The welcome packet had all the information we needed. The owners answered all our questions before booking and during our stay in a timely manner. It’s a beautiful place to stay and the theming is great. We loved all the decor and colors used. It gave a very calm, relaxing, and enjoyable feeling to the space. We did not use the pull out couch, but all the other beds were comfortable. There is plenty of space for 8. The walk to the beach is very short and made our time there much easier. Everyone in our group could come and go as needed. We really enjoyed it and would absolutely stay here again.

This was our first time to Atlantic Beach and my mom, teenage daughter and I had a fantastic time. The weather was a little chilly but Kevin and Ashley provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. The condo was very well stocked and very clean! A great experience overall.
