Location was ideal, view was awesome, plenty of room, the kitchen was set up great for us to cook all our meals, and having 2 showers was fantastic.

In the summer, the bedrooms can get a little warm and stuffy because the only air conditioner and windows are in the living/dining/kitchen area. But they provide extra fans and airflow can be achieved.

The room was big enough and loved the kitchenette we could bring our own food and save money making food in the room.

It didn’t have AC and they charge you for rags and towels

Disorganized check in. Shower did not work.

Location was nice to be close to the slopes & village.

The lack of towels ($1.75 at desk for extra towels) & the kitchen did not have dish soap which we also had to purchase. We also had to buy extra toilet paper, the rolls provided were low. The floor didn't seem vacuumed. Overall it worked out just a heads up to those who may stay there in the future.

Staff was excellent except for one evening clerk who was not very willing to start a fire. Because? Because she didn't have a lighter to start the fire. Perhaps retraining in hospitality would be in order. On the other hand ...Heaven was quite accommodating!
