Great property, love having all indoor walk to everything at the wilderness, just be prepared to get your steps in! And have a wagon/stroller for small kids whose legs get tired after a day in the water

We have gone through KOALA twice now when staying at the Wilderness resort in Wisconsin Dells. It is a blast every time. Our little family grew so we ended up with two rooms. The resort worked well with our request and got us next door to each other. Last time it was a couple doors down and that was ok too. We will stay again.

My kiddo Absolutely love his stay at the wilderness for his fall break! Best part was not over crowded. Room was nice and clean and having a washer and dryer is always so nice!

We had a great time at Wilderness and stayed at the Glacier Canyon Lodge (2 bd, 2 ba). Opted in to the timeshare presentation for resort cash. It was a very cordial presentation. Wild West was a bit chilly due to frigid temps and indoor/outdoor hot tub opening letting in cold air. Water dome allowed sun light in which warmed up the pool area. Klondike closed for cleaning. Note, they close one of the four parks down each week for cleaning. Indoor walking distance to all amenities. Wilderness hotel section a bit run down. Canyon Lodge was very nice. Our room was clean and new. Note, nearly all of the housekeepers and lifeguards, towel ladies, concession stand folks do not speak English. Language barrier was awkward and inconvenient at times. I hope Wilderness takes good care of their employees.

We have stayed at Glacier Canyon several times and have always enjoyed. Check in line was rather long but we were in our room by 4:15. The room was very clean. The waterparks were fun as usual.
One thing about the property is that it is huge. If you can get close to the Skywalk (especially with young children) it is well worth it.
We are already planning next years adventure!

I think a simple sign on the way out of the room reminding guests to wear wristband, have towel card and ID (if over 21) would be great because when you shuttle over to water parks in your swimming suit it is inconvenient to shuttle back. Overall stay enjoyed and recommended.

The property was a lot of fun. But the room was not ready when promised and we had to go through a sales pitch in order to get our water park bands. The carpet in the room clearly had not been vacuumed or cleaned and worst of all there was black mold all over the shower. So sales pitch: thumbs down. And cleaning staff: BIG thumbs down. The wilderness property itself was a lot of fun though.

The carpet in the room clearly had not been vacuumed or cleaned and worst of all there was black mold all over the shower. So sales pitch: thumbs down. And cleaning staff: BIG thumbs down. The wilderness property itself was a lot of fun though.

Everyone else was upset also and there was a security guard standing next to the check in desk. (What does that tell you!) Also the dishes were put into the cabinets dirty with food still sticking to them. I always wash the dishes any way, but didn't expect this. I would not stay here again even if it was free!

Glacier Canyon Wisconsin Dells
A great time and the room was fantastic. Can’t say enough good about the communication with Mike. He truly made the experience enjoyable. Nothing but great things to say. Would definitely return!

Great location
This was a beautiful resort centrally located in the Dells. Easy drive to attractions, dining, and shopping. Condo rooms were comfortable, but lower units are noisy if you have someone above you thumping around.
