The hotel did not have lift, since we where staying on the second floor we did not have much issue taking our luggage.

I did asked for a non-smoking room and all I got was a room with full of smoke. Toilets were not clean, room was filthy and overall a pretty bad experience.

This is the worst hotel to stay.

Staff were absolutely amazing here. So helpful and friendly at all times. Room was very comfortable.Wish we could have stayed here longer. Loved it

The staff to the actual rooms everything is excellent. It has a very quiet and peaceful surrounding. The rooms were clean and spacious. Good hospitality

Only thing that is still appreciable is the breakfast.

Pathetic and Horrible!!! This is the room condition as you can see in the photos. They gave us a room filled with green moss, damp and water dripping from the corner. Cupboards are broken, lack of basic hospitality (no soaps in room, landline room phone out of service, no water bottles). Later after so much of complaining they shifted us to another room. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone looking for rooms in Coorg. There are far decent hotels out there. Please don't waste your money here.

The way the place is shown on ur application it's far from reality!! Dirty bed sheets, smelly rooms! I worried about the people who work there staff is courteous but are they happy working there.
