Quiet and close to all our activities

The location was perfect, less then 10 min from siesta beach. The owner was hospitable and very kind. It was easy to enter and parking was great. Beautiful shower. Great full kitchen. Awesome place to stay for the price
The tv only has a couple of channels and it isn’t located in the bedroom. There’s no extra blankets. Not great water pressure. The neighbor was taking photos of our car at first I guess wondering who we were which was a little strange.

The location is great, and good amenities were provided such as a large fridge and a new washer and dryer.
It could've been a little more clean (dust and other debris underneath the bed and couch that was missed). But the host was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed.

good price. you have everything you need and nothing you don’t
No real place to sit down and eat. The couch is old and uncomfortable. Water pressure is really low, it takes a long time to take a shower and wash your hair

Small but very comfortable apt. in a quiet neighborhood. The patio is a plus. If you like to cook there is a full kitchen with everything you need. There is even a washer/dryer! Christopher is a great host, very friendly but also very respectful of your privacy. The price was quite unbelievable - what a bargain! 3 miles from the beach. I would not hesitate to stay there again when I am in town.

The place was very small bedroom was small my husband banged his neck leg on the bed there wasn’t much room to move around the living room furniture was uncomfortable the bottom of the shower with the rocks was not comfortable at all and the kitchen was very tiny

Great location just off Clark Road in a quiet residential area. 12 minutes from Siesta Key Beach. Great value. Perfect for a couple

(No breakfast provided, but none was advertised.) Walk to Red Bug Slough & channel to the nw--exceptional area for birding & photography: roseate spoonbills, herons, etc. Very convenient location for driving to beaches, shopping, other attractions.

Everything was as described in the posting. The private back patio was perfect for morning coffee and an evening wine or beer.
Our preference is a regular coffee maker as we are big coffee drinkers.

I want to be clear with my review that if you are looking for a quiet, private, clean and perfectly located in residential area with shops close by and if you love cooking your own meals this is the place for you. This is the place that is home away from home. Loved it.
