The hotel has clean and big apartments that have seaview. The staff was nice and helpful. Especially Yasin he is very helpful. The hotel has an Elite restaurant that serves delicious food. The hotel is close to the beach and close to everything. I recommend this hotel. Thank you Yasin for everything. You are the best 😊

Bathroom needs a bit of maintenance. No separate shower room, just curtains.

Location, great restaurant with entertainment every evening and live music on Saturday. Hotel guests receives 10% discount in Elite restaurant. Yassin from reception providing excellent service and giving good advices.

Good location, close to the beach and everything. Very clean, AC working well, rooms big enough. Nice night receptionist, except for the problems he probably couldn't influence (see bellow). Probably nice view from rooms on upper floors (but uncertain that you will get what you booked...see bellow)

Incorrect info here - no microwave, no free parking (in theory there is parking on the streets around, in reality, there is zero space.) The main issue was with the room placement and communication. I was booking our 6-night stay more than 2 months prior to our arrival. All room options were available. I checked all the photos and picked one of the more expensive rooms and I asked especially if we will get the upper floor, good sea view. I was confirmed upper floor sea view. Central placement is great, but it is important to know there is a huge restaurant and a very busy road right under the hotel and the teleferic entrance just across the road. The view is nice, but this was the reason why I wanted the upper floor. On the evening before arrival, I got a message "hello, we are sorry, we made a mistake and we had to move you to the first floor". It was a huge disappointment and shock. Of course, impossible to rebook, as we were notified too late. On our arrival at 23:00, we were told by the boss they're full. They gave us the option to move in 3 days to another room on the second floor for the supplementary cost (because the room was slightly bigger). They told us if we don't like the first floor or if we don't pay more, we can cancel and go away (knowing Turkey has a national holiday and everything is almost full). I fully understand mistakes can happen, but this is not acceptable behavior. After some long and stressful arguing, they finally accepted to move us to the other room without additional cost. Sadly we couldn't finally use that options because of our trip plans. Anyways, it wasn't the upper floor. So we had a room where restaurant guests are literally breathing into your balcony and the sea view is a road view with a tiny bit of sea between teleferic and trees. Also, we were told by the boss they couldn't charge our card through Booking, we have to pay in Euros!!! in cash!!!

Exceptional staff. Beach nearby is beautifull and romantic. Parking is not a big problem. Good restaurant at ground floor. Supermarkets nearby have all you need.

I already seen it many times in Balkan countries and Turkey - bathroom have no bath neither shower cabin, just drainage hole in floor. If you travel in big company - wipe the floor thoroughly after visiting the bathroom ). But as far I can see - this is just location specific variant of norm, in fact you have no problem at all with such bathroom construction, it just unusual and maybe more hygienic.
