nice and comfortable

Unit #77. location is good for Casa Grande. All the appliances, AC and WiFi worked well. Pool was nice kids enjoyed it. I liked the private balcony overlooking the pool. 2nd floor.

Cleanliness has to be improved. The cleaning staff provides superficial cleaning and the Appartment 77 needs deep cleaning. I had to clean myself sticky floors (as we don’t walk with our shoes on), remove hair from the bathtub, microwave on top inside, sweep the balcony and remove accumulated dirt in the balcony door slide slots, clean the windows, also remove thick layer of dust off the AC panel. Towels had stains. Sofas had stains I covered them with bed sheets. Needs a middle size pot. I requested and it was not provided. It has a big and a small pot. Also Unit #77 has 2 bedrooms with 1 Queen bed in each room and not 2 twin beds as it shoes in the pictures. Cleaning fee was refunded upon my request since I had to clean a lot myself. See pictures.
