This house was better than I expected. Great backyard area, great communication by the management company. Perfect for my out of town friends and I for our wedding weekend. Definitely alot of checkout tasks on top of a high cleaning fee and had to leave by 10am with no late checkout, but overall would absolutely stay again!

Our summer 2023 family vacation was amazing! Your home was absolutely perfect for our family. Tanya was there to meet/greet us with a smile and quickly gave us a tour of the house. The house was clean and exactly what we expected from its online profile. I was super strong use the amazing kitchen, which greeted us with s’more fixings and soda and waters in the fridge! My adult children joined us this vaca so this house was absolutely a perfect fit! We cooked, we played games, we enjoyed the fire pit and beach, and slept well at the end of each day!!

Great place to stay for a staycation in the Chicago area

We made a last minute switch to this property and we are so glad we did! The house is beautiful and there was plenty of space for our entire group. The owners even left a s’mores kit and champagne which was a lovely touch. My only suggestion would be to have additional washcloths and towels on hand. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

We had an amazing stay in Union Pier. This property was perfect for our couples trip; so much outdoor space, full beds+ in each room, wonderful living space and a great proximity to the beach! The owners went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend!

Perfect rental for extended family or friends. We loved the living room, with a retro-vibe built-in bar, large backyard with patio furniture, and huge kitchen with lots of seating. Even the bathrooms are gorgeous. The property managers were very responsive and accommodating to a couple issues we had related to some electrical issues. We’d love to come back!

This property was very clean, well equipped (it has everything) spacious and as shown in the pictures. Easy check in/out process. The one negative to our stay was that the heat didn’t seem to work on our last night so the house was freezing cold on a December’s night in Michigan. However, after messaging the property manager for instructions and bundling up with extra blankets the issue was resolved throughout the night. A great stay and girls weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property and amenities!!

Plenty of room for a large group- kitchen is great for prepping and has 2 dishwashers, places for 12 to eat and plenty of room in the fridge. Bedrooms were great and plenty of bathrooms/washrooms for all guests. Also, felt really big- no one was on top of each other. It's located very close to breweries, Journeyman, good bakeries and coffee shops. Nice spot for a weekend getaway.

Our family rented to have more space for our thanksgiving dinner. The house was perfect! Lots of room for everyone to spread out and the kitchen had everything we needed for a full thanksgiving day feast. Would definitely book again!

This is a fabulous home for a vacation near Lake Michigan. The five very comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms can easily accommodate two families. The kitchen is very well kitted out - two dishwashers and two stoves, WOW. The entertainment room is a great place to hang out and the backyard is near perfect for a fire and s'mores. It is very easy and quick walking distance to the beach, and to lovely coffee shops and stores. It's a fantastic place to stay and we will (hopefully) go back.

Our group of 8 has been renting homes in Michigan for years and the Springfield Beach House is by far the cleanest home it has been our pleasure to stay in. Beautifully minimalistic yet well appointed. A close walk to a surprisingly easy beach access. We especially enjoyed the patio and fire pit. A perfect weekend. Our highest recommendation goes to this house!

Clean, comfortable accommodations in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy walk to a great beach and relatively close to breweries, restaurants, and a couple small markets.
The home was a great fit for the 7 of us (5 adults and 2 kids). The common spaces provided plenty of room for cooking, dining, and relaxing. Great kitchen! The outside space was great for grilling and enjoying a fire.

My extended family and I (group of 10) rented this house for our yearly getaway to Michigan and it met all of our expectations. It’s a beautiful house and perfectly equipped for a large group. There was a large kitchen and dining space as well as a lovely common area. Everything is updated and clean. I loved that each room had its own heating/cooling unit to meet everyone’s individual needs! The backyard is just gorgeous with a grill and campfire which we used almost everyday. The beach is close by as advertised but no public bathrooms fyi! Hope to be back soon.

Peaceful getaway
My extended family and I (group of 10) rented this house for our yearly getaway to Michigan and it met all of our expectations. It’s a beautiful house and perfectly equipped for a large group. Only reason I can't give 5 stars is because of the backyard. One of the photos shows massive trees all around. Those trees were just planted so it's not what the backyard looks like.

Awesome 90th
We LOVED the house. perfect for a family gathering. House was very spacious for us all. Perfect areas to relax as well as play games. Ice machine on fridge only made a little ice , so had to buy a large bag. Only suggestion was the step going down to family room the wood color was same as the floor and two people fell the first time going down not seeing it. We put a piece of tape on it after so everyone would notice it.
Totally would book this house again , one of the nicest I have stayed in. Thank you !

Beautiful home. Amenities were great. Very accommodating for a medium sized party. Very spacious and clean! Liked that there were games, books etc, and plenty of room to socialize or do whatever we wanted to do. Would recommend an alarm system, retractable window treatments in the family area, as the space did not feel very private especially at night pulling in or driving by you can see right into the house. Lastly, would recommend comforters on the beds or at least one comforter in each room closet…especially for winter months. It was kinda chilly at night even with the heat turned up and the beds were only covered with thin sheets. Overall, it was a good stay!

My extended family of 11 stayed for a week! There was plenty of space for all of us. Kitchen was amazing and well stocked. Instructions were very detailed and easy. Homeowners were so communicative and responsive. The walk to the beach was so close! Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Thank you!
