This was our first VRBO experience and we are thankful to report- it was an excellent first experience! Jonathan was extremely helpful during the initial check in process, he reached out to confirm the location would be ready by 3pm, and promptly sent instructions for the community gate code and door entry at 3pm, then encouraged we contact him upon arrival at which point he provided additional helpful tips! First entry to the community was seamless, and upon entering the apartment it was apparent that it was well maintained and clean! The apartment smelled lovely, the place was well kept, nicely decorated and felt very welcoming. The host was thoughtful and provided additional toiletries that we may have needed (toothbrush, cotton balls, q tips, razors, etc.). There were plenty of towels, wash clothes and hand towels available, and shampoo/Conditioner/body wash in the shower. The communication was excellent throughout the stay as well- he kindly recommended restaurants locally, and promptly responded when we requested he allow gate entry for food deliveries. The bed was very comfortable for my husband and I, our oldest child slept on the couch comfortably and we were able to utilize the large spacious walk in closet that went in between the bedroom and the bathroom as a perfect place for our infant's travel crib. The host had cable and Netflix available on the televisions, and games available in the living room. The community itself seemed well maintained. The only issue we found at one point was on Monday night someone stayed parked in the parking lot blaring their music throughout all hours of the night- but this was out of the host's control, so I did not include this in my rating- as you could run into this anywhere. Overall we would be happy to stay here again. It was conveniently located no more than 20 min from every place we wanted to visit (zoo, aquarium, stone mountain, fernbank museum). And we found some excellent places to eat nearby as well. And we felt safe throughout the entire stay. Definitely home away from home!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with my first vrbo experience. Communication was great and process was stress free. It was quiet and safe. No worries if you forgot anything the host had you covered. I will definitely stay again. Home away from home.

I came for a business trip. And the first thing I noticed was how good the home smelled and how the host thought of everything from toothbrushes to lotion for sensitive skin‼️I def would stay again for pleasure also. Host was attentive also and quick responses. Location was great. Neighbors was Nice also.
