We stayed at this home for Christmas 2023. My daughters and I kept saying that this was the perfect house for all of us to be together. It is just as pictured. The three bedrooms with adjoining baths were perfect for three couples and the kids' bunk room worked out so well for the 8-, 14- and 16-year-old kids. The added bonus for them was the upstairs office/tv room for their video games and entertainment. It is a lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood on Hilton Head. There is much to do outside and if you are caught inside in the rain for several days, no worries, the house accommodates indoor games and lots of eating. We said that the kitchen offers better cookware than most rentals. For us and our needs, this was just perfect!
The owner is extremely accommodating and answered questions in a very timely manner. This was an excellent holiday home for us.

Absolutely loved staying in Dave’s house in Palmetto Dunes. House was immaculate and exactly as described. Enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. Less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and we enjoyed using the provided bikes. Convenient to golf, pickleball, and lots of great restaurants. Will definitely stay again when our family visits Hilton Head!

Everything about the property was top notch. Owner couldn’t have been better to deal with and had all questions answered before I could ask! Property and neighborhood was 10/10 and well beyond the group’s expectations!! Location was perfect, and views were excellent. If we head back to SC for any reason this place will be 1st on my list! Beautiful house- exactly as pictured. We appreciated how well the house was stocked both in kitchen as well as games, kids / baby things like high chair, puzzles, etc. Make sure to check all the drawers , pantry etc before going to grocery store! If you’re planning on sleeping in bonus room in hot months just be aware takes longer for that room to get cool! Kids loved the bunch beds and there was even a bed guard under the bed that you can use for the little ones. Communication was great, check in was easy. And we loved how close we were to beach. We have stayed in Palmetto Dunes before and would highly recommend the area and this house.

This location was perfect for us! We not only held a surprise 80th bday for my father in law, but had our 3 daughters stay with us for a week with their significant other with lots of privacy. The location was perfect and couldn’t have appreciated the setup any more.

We had a great vacation at this house. It had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. It is a beautiful home with plenty of seating and specious bedrooms . The back deck was nice and when it rained the front covered porch was great. The pool was nice and we loved the golf course in the backyard. Dave the owner was very nice and available whenever we needed him.This place was perfect and we will be back next year.

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Hilton Head, this lovely home is it! The house exceeded our expectations as it was very clean and oh so spacious! There was plenty of room for our group of eight adults, one teen and two babies. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood and we felt safe biking, walking and jogging each day. The homeowner, Dave, was the BEST! He was informative and very quick to respond to all of our questions. Thank you, Dave, for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This house has everything for all ages! Comfortable accommodations for 4 families. Between the games and large tables for puzzles, spa and pool on site, bicycles, ping pong, corn hole, and beach toys in the garage, golf course in the back yard, and beach a short bicycle ride away we had a blast! Quick care was to the left of the resort, shopping and restaurants were a convenient bicycle or car ride away! The owner resolved an issue with the spa within minutes. Truly remarkable :)

This was the perfect destination for bachelors who are about to celebrate a wedding. The amenities that surround the house allow for a variety of options to do, from golfing to bar/restaurant hopping, it was great! Would definitely recommend this location and return here again on another trip

We had an excellent time at this Palmetto Dunes location. The house was beautiful and spacious enough for 2 families. The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults the hot tub. Short walk/drive to the beach which was great as well.

This house was perfect for a gathering of my family (adult children coming from all all over the country) for the week. Very beautiful and spacious which was especially nice the week we were there since the weather was much colder than normal and we spent more time indoors then normal. The house had everything we needed -- especially the kitchen with all the kitchenware required to prepare meals. Lots of great living space and the owner was very responsive and helpful throughout the process.

My large family of 11 adults and three very small children stayed here for a wedding. There was plenty of space to cook and share meals as well as space for games since we had a rainy weekend. The home was clean, plenty of dishes/glasses etc and the layout was perfect.

Wonderful house for a big family thanksgiving! Spacious home with everything we needed and wanted. Hot tub was so nice to relax into after pickleball, golf and bike rides. Ping pong was a great hit for everyone. Comfy beds, great master bathroom, well equipped kitchen. Had company for thanksgiving dinner and had plenty of room for all the cars and people. The owners were super responsive during reservation process through our arrival. Great directions for tvs and hot tub and other amenities.

The layout of the house provided for great separation and space for everyone. From the main level primary as well as the game room the bedrooms were spaced out well. Family room had ample seating as well as dining areas. Kitchen was appointed with all necessities plus more! Pool/hot tub area very nice as well as view of golf course from deck. Short bike ride to beach. Hope to return!

This host is awesome. Answered all our questions thoroughly and promptly. When we had a couple issues, he had them fixed as soon as possible.
The house is large and comfortable. Plenty of room for gathering or time alone. The kitchen is the best equipped we have ever had. We enjoyed the ping-pong table and bikes as well. A truly wonderful vacation.

My friends and I rented the home from Thursday - Sunday in early September 2022. The host Dave could not have been more helpful or accommodating and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. The house is spacious and extremely well kept and clean and provides a ton of amenities to enjoy yourself in case of bad weather which we had one of the days. My friends and I planned a golf weekend and played the George Fazio and Robert Trent Jones courses which are less than 5 min away from the home. Hilton Head Island is a beautiful place and I would definitely recommend this home and the area.

Excellent in every way! This was our second year staying here and we are already booked for next year. Every amenity you could need plus. Love the location as we enjoy watching the golfers. The house is extremely well taken care of and Dave continues to make new improvements/updates. And as far as an owner goes, Dave is the best!

The home exceeded our expectations and for a family of 11 there were more than enough room. The bedrooms were all large with. more than enough space. The double dining tables made it possible for all to eat together. Teens at 1 table adults at the other. This was our first time having two refrigerators which allowed us to have cold drinks at all times. The pool and hot tube made for fun filled days and relaxing nights. The owners were quick to answer all of our questions.

This home was much larger and laid out so exceptionally that it was even better than we anticipated from photos. Dave was easy to work with and readily available. Pool and hot tub were amazing as well as extra ammenities of pack n play, high chair, ping pong table, and having 2 lg refrigerators. Location is perfect; an easy walk to beach, general store etc. Looking forward to renting this lovely home again.

Best Hilton Head vacation house ever!!
I cannot say enough good things about our stay at this lovely home in Hilton Head. Not only is it a very short walk or bike ride to the beach, but it is in a lovely quiet area that suited us perfectly. Some of our family stayed in a different area that was in such a congested busy area - we were very glad we chose this home. From the minute I booked it I knew I had gotten the right place. David was always speedy to reply to questions and inquiries and he and his family have this home up and running. We had a big family reunion there of various ages and the bedrooms are all wonderful and clean - the main areas were wonderful - the kitchen is beyond well-stocked, we lacked for nothing. The pool is fantastic - just the right size and we loved being out there morning and night - beautiful place on the golf course and I got to watch my family go by as they played the course. We were able to cook most of our meals there and thoroughly enjoyed that - even threw my granddaughter a surprise early 16th birthday party. You must try this house - we had bikes to ride, games to play, tv's to watch, pool and hot tub to swim, walking and biking trails. . .so much!!!! Easy to check in and easy to check out - we loved it!!

Well kept and lovely home in beautiful Palmetto Dunes community. It served all our needs for a ladies weekend and everyone loved the location. Quick walk/bike to the beach and short drive to shopping and dining options. Enough bedrooms for everyone too. The host was excellent in answering all our questions quickly and thoroughly.
