Fantastic property that was recently renovated. Nice touches and very well stocked with everything needed. Extremely clean and great location. Really can’t say enough good things about this property and the property management company.

We stayed at Waterford 6 in February 2023 for our annual dual family ski trip. 4 adults and 4 kids (9-12). The house and location were great! House was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable, and the Steamboat Lodging Company shuttle made everything everything accessible. SBLCO staff made great recommendations and they have certainly addressed feedback from former guests. We all look forward to booking with them again.

Nice, but needs a few tweaks
We enjoyed our stay and the Steamboat Lodging folks were very nice and awesome at answering questions. Also, their shuttle was very convenient. The property, however, had a few things we thought could've been improved. First, there were not enough towels in the bathrooms. Only two bath and two hand towels. Next, the hot water in the bathroom sinks took FOREVER (over 5 minutes) to even get warm (especially in the evening/first thing in the AM which is when we all needed it most!). We even had maintenance come check the water, but because they could eventually feel it get sort of warm, they didn't do anything to improve it. Also, there was no air conditioning in the unit and, because we were sleeping on the third floor (and the outside highs were in the high 40's that week) it was just plain hot upstairs. They did provide fans, but they were noisy and everyone had to run one in order to get the upstairs cool enough to sleep. That was pretty noisy. Finally, there was no place to put our suitcases in each bedroom. There were two suitcases per king bedroom, but no place to lay out our suitcases to get our clothes. There was a chest of sorts to put clothes in, but it wasn't very efficient and there was still not enough room for all our clothes, so one suitcase needed to be open, but again, there was no place for it. The kitchen was well equipped, and the sitting area was nice, but we will probably look elsewhere next year.

Beautiful townhome
Conveniently located to the base of the mountain. CustomerService was always on point. Beautiful townhome with many rooms with r suite bathrooms made everyone so comfortable. Lovely home with high-quality kitchen utensils and appliances!

Waterford 6 for a fall stay
The condo provided all the space, for both sleeping and gathering, that our group of 7 unrelated people needed. Waterford 6 is very well equipped, almost too much in the kitchen!
The best part of our stay was working with the incredibly kind and helpful folks at Steamboat Lodging. They patiently answered our questions, made all our interactions personal and went out of their way to help us in a difficult situation. We so appreciate the personal touch.
I am reminded that working with a local company has benefits far beyond keeping the money close to home. I will use and recommend them to anyone who visits the area.

The guest suites were comfortable and it was so nice to have ensuite bathrooms in all the bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the layout was wonderful for a family with kids. Only drawback was the stairs are steep/open so with little ones (1 and 3) it made things interesting. No complaints, we'd easily stay there again as the home was comfortable, cozy, close to everything we needed and enjoyable all around. Thanks for the hospitality and opening your home to us!

This place served every purpose of our trip to Steamboat. The kitchen was amply supplied with cooking utensils and pots and pans so we could make a Thanksgiving feast for the whole family. With multiple levels and lots of rooms everyone could be spaced out to sleep whilst coming together on the main floor to celebrate the holidays. Would love to come back here and hope that we do one day!

This place served every purpose of our trip to Steamboat. The kitchen was amply supplied with cooking utensils and pots and pans so we could make a Thanksgiving feast for the whole family. our family was pleased with the quality of the interior and furnishings of the townhouse. the large modern kitchen along with the dining area and the large living room made for a comfortable area for the family to gather throughout the day. the house was well furnished with appliances and kitchenware. the property manager was especially attentive and responsive to our needs.
