Condo was small. We had stayed there before. Wife likes it because you can get out of either side of bed. Some have bed pushed up to wall where she can't get out. Convenient to beach. It could use a facelift as it is getting a little worn.

2 separate nights I had to invent a parking spot or parking in the handicap parking -- Seemed there were MANY unauthorized vehicles. Everything else was amazing and not worth stars being removed, just a little anxiety about being parked improperly.

My husband and I rented the Seaside Villa this June for a week. It was very clean and can't beat the location. Only criticism would be the pillows/linen should be updated, very cheap feeling. Also there was no " extras" in room, no coffee , no salt/pepper, nothing extra in the kitchen. Would have been a nice touch.

We stayed here for a trip to visit Savannah and be on a beach. The room was nice and fit 2 people well. This would be very cramped for more than 2. We would suggest bringing a box fan to push the cold air from the AC room into the bedroom as the bedroom is quite hot. The resort has a very nice boardwalk right to the beach. Would stay again.

Savannah get away

Overall great experience and Stephanie, Kristen and VHHI Team were very nice, accommodating and we will definitely return for a future stay soon! Just a few challenges occurred that we were dissatisfied with: The entry keypad lock was NOT user friendly, NO extra toilet paper was left in bathroom (only roll at toilet) so had to call office Friday after Thanksgiving to drop by and pickup, coffee maker would NOT work, both TVs would NOT work until Day 3 when maintenance was able to come, then only worked about an hour as I had to call office again and they called Spectrum with me on phone and I had to power on/off cable box, which took nearly another hour to fix. The main frustration with TV is as guests we should NOT have to take time away from our vacation that we have saved our money to enjoy and have to be on call with office and cable company. We don't intend to sound completely disappointed, we were only 15% disappointed with items listed.

The rooms are tiny and are in need of a better floor plan.. the rugs smell when you enter the building. The picture on the web site is a gross exaggeration of the real room environment..The one benefit is the closeness to the River.. Each day we left to go out our come back the smell of Marijuana was ever present

What this property has going for it is location. I mean, you couldn't be closer to the beach or have more access to shopping or restaurants. And, thankfully the property was clean when we arrived, had adequate linens and towels and even some well-used beach chairs to take advantage of. Sadly, the following issues are what made our trip less than stress-free. Communication on reservation confirmation, check-in and check-out was virtually non-existent. I contacted the owners several times before our arrival to ask about late check in. We received one scant email and phone call right before our arrival that noted that due to our after business hours check-in the key would be available in a lock box next to the office. Nothing or no one mentioned the office was two blocks away from the property. Luckily, we had a very patient and helpful taxi driver that stuck around while we sorted it all out in the middle of the night. After a long day of travel it was frustrating. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and noisy and we resorted to sleeping on a slightly less uncomfortable sofa sleeper. We received no check-out instructions so we left the key inside when we left. We received a phone call after our flight landed at home to ask about it. Perhaps our grievances wouldn't matter to you when you're traveling. But if they do, take our advice and look at other options.

Park your car, ride your bike everywhere! Everything you need is within a short walk/bike ride. Beach within a football field walk, private, well maintained complex. Will definitely return in the future. Check in process flawless....

Love this location. Did not need the car much at all. We walked and rode bikes most of the time. Our unit was well stocked and clean. Mattress was comfy but noisy each time you move. We loved the new Celebration Park across from Coligny.

Unit was nice. Could not get either tv to work during our 4 night stay, should have instructions provided for non-techy people. Living room pole light had to be plugged in with cord in order for it to work, but other than that it was ok.
